I think over time every gimmick gets kinda worn out, some can still ride it, but it's never as "electric" as it was at first. Lesnar's credentials and size give him enough legitimacy without really needing much of a gimmick. I still think him not working the mic for himself costs him half his appeal. to have him go face to face with someone with Heyman jumping around going "brrrrrrrock lesnaaaaaaar" kills a bit of the heat imo. Heyman is great when its just them in the ring and he's explaining who his client is , but at some point he needs to speak for himself. hell even kane started working the stick at some point lol I'm sure Heyman is fully aware of how Lesnar is seen, probably more so then anyone up top wants to see. Maybe HHH might think more like Heyman, but I have to assume Steph and vince are from the same school of thought that they and they alone know whats best for business, fans opinions be damned

RE: FFXIII was it really that bad? My 2 biggest issues - which coincide with each other - with FFXII was; the ridiculousness in some of the side quests, more specifically the Wyrms (Hell Wyrm and Elder Wyrm) in the hunting quest to get the Wyrm badge, a key piece to crafting one of the ultimate weapons, the turnsol. They gave the hell wyrm an HP of like 12mill, and the Elder Wyrm an HP of 50 mill (I believe) and capped dmg you can dish out at 9999. While you can jump in and out of battle and not lose your place (cuz your gonna be there for a long time) the f'n things constantly cast petrify, poison instant death to one of your members so your in recovery mode more then on the offensive. then to boot, at least the elder wyrm, it will restore it's health the first time it reaches about 1/8 left. If you leveled yourself up to the point you can dish out anything close to 9999 there is really absolutely no reason to get the turnsol cuz it wont exceed the 9999 and your pretty much in god mod vs the rest of the game. i threw my controller at the tv lol

I should correct myself, FF X-2 and Gamecubes Crystal Chronicles were the last ones I played after destroying FFXII 100%, Like bigg Jay just mentioned it causes some issues in your relationships when you devote insane amount of time to these games, but X-2 and CC were so bad it made it an easy choice to walk away. FFIX was pretty bad too and that was one I found in a pawn shop years after FFX came out, I should have ended it there tbh

might be a minor way to improve the game day experience, but whats up with that US college orchestra like band by the gates when you walk into the game? I'm all for music, but maybe they should get some local bands to switch it up either pre game or half time. I'd like to see that more then kids running out on the field dancing with flags and a snare drum/trumpet/tuba band

well its a street fight (no DQ) they've pretty much alluded it's going to be a hardcore match with the use of weapons, so I'd say that's somewhat of an equalizer. in a regular bout, it should be no contest, but lesnar getting hit with a chair or whatever should have a believable impact

I do, plenty of inexperience across the board, no doubt about it. but when I see guys like Milanovich go from OC to a successful HC, it makes me believe we've just been missing the talent. Burke and Lapo had paid their dues as coordinators and it just didnt work out, (though it almost did for Lapo in 11') Walters was AGM to mack iirc so he was learning the ropes along the way before getting the keys, first as interim GM then as actual GM. I personally think he's been getting better, but I'm still concerned with scouting. I guess we'll see if theres any gems this year at TC, I think that will be the most telling thing about whether or not we should extend him

despite their record last year, KG wasnt their issue in Regina, and he played pretty solid in Calgary, if we had kept him from 2008+ I'd be willing to bet our team wouldnt have been as bad all these years. Lefors, Bishop, Elliott, Marve, Brink...ect there's a reason wiki has our last 7-8 years listed as the revolving door era and its our QB'ing more then it's our mangement - but i guess that's chicken or the egg debate

I dont see why we couldnt go back that far, prior to 2008 we had a roughly consistent .500 team but getting older, we bring in kelly and he made some awful moves that snowballed. Lapo and Mack didnt have much to work with, but tried to repair the damage left by kelly but other then the exception of 2011 (i think that Pierces health played a big contributing factor to that season) it was still too steep of an uphill climb. Burke and so far the current regime haven't proven to be the difference either and one of the most agreed upon consensus is Willy's health has been a deciding factor in our teams success/woes lately

I think it more attests to just how bad of shape this club has been in for so long - tough to look good when you got ****. tbh I think Kelly was the biggest contributor to that all, especially when one of his first orders of business was releasing Kevin Glenn when we picked up LeFors, that started a carousel of instability at QB for years. Even picking up Buck Pierce proved to be too much in and out. For all the knocks on KG he was relatively healthy, and while not a world beater has proved time and again to be capable.

had to rewatch kingsmen cuz i didnt remember seeing her "brownstar" (lol) plus it'd been a while, they show her bum at the end but nothing too obscene. I didnt realize how much swearing there was or remember lancelot getting split into 2 at the beginning, it was definitely a more mature movie then i originally thought so that sexual innuendo at the end wasn't totally out of place. the main character does do the jerking motion with his hand saying if he worked at mcdonalds hed have added extra sauce to one of the cadets burger too

these would be my predictions of the matches worth watching; Shane vs Taker: Shanes wins dirty or taker lays down, prompting Steph to have issue with how he gained control of raw (I expect a surprise/shock interference in this match, *fingers crossed it's Angle* HHH vs Reigns: Reigns wins so HHH can feud with shane on behalf of steph Ambrose vs Lesnar: Ambrose wins and turns his eyes on reigns, and as TUP mentioned, maybe leading up to the return of seth eventually down the road to have shield against one another. Andre the giant battle royale: does it matter? Divas: dont even know whos fighting tbh New Day vs LoN: I think LoN wins to give them a little more credibility, New Day are pretty over as it is, they dont need the belts any longer IC ladder match: Owens wins, but I hope they turn Ziggler heel in this match US Title: Ryback wins, there's no believable way Kalisto beats ryback and Lucha Dragons are better together then apart. it also gives Ryback a little bit of purpose, especially if he takes up the Cena way of making it an open challenge every week
