  1. Big time. hes the best WR to hit FA in a while, and the top guy the last few years has gotten crazy pay days. lawler, schoen, and demski could all easily go over 1k receiving this year.
  2. The real crazy thing is the riders do this every other FA and it never works. Dennis? Bond? Cmon guys lol.
  3. Or kongbo, I'd also really like a tor DT. WRONG! Not some of us. All. lol
  4. Brady, Dalton, and strevy could've all made a lot more money for the same roles they took but going else where. Dalton was woli's new bff and room mate. Strevy his old one, and the best man thing at the wedding. They are going to have to figure out a way to have all 3 share a room next year.
  5. Who puts up 26 tds in 34 games? Most QBs dont do that in their first 34 games played. Few rbs have ever done it. A wr? ROADHOUSE I imagined a lot of different variations of this playing out, and honestly, that was never one of them.
  6. ROADHOUSE TD gif posts continue! Bomber store should sell black shirts with the roadhouse poster art, with daltons face on it.
  7. He could, but he might need a couple of us to take turns pushing his wheel chair around the field lol. RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE
  8. Lil extra on brady, lot less on dalton. Cant complain about that. I thought they'd combine for 500k+ easy. 460k doesn't sound significantly less, but coming in under that is a big deal.
  9. Bang on. To and ott to an extent too. hes also a different kind of back, in a different system. Brown is a home run hitter, I love that guy, pound for pound I might take him as the no2 rb in the league. Stick him on toronto and brady would have serious competition.
  10. Gonna call a shot? dalton comes back for 300k? And the website goes down LOL
  11. Yep, thats true. Despite being both being run heavy with similar IZR schemes, the rest of the offence from then to now is very very different. When we compare Brady to backs in the league it will always be apples to oranges. We are the only volume run team pounding away are the D with a powerback.
  12. I dont think the production is what makes brady unique, its the production combined with the versatility and the passport. 1500 yards is rarer now because teams just dont run that much these days. The Offence was pretty different with harris, a lot more check down to harris based than last year.
  13. Yeah. So almost 140k, and that might not include bonus cash. Glad for him and his family. Happier for us though. If grant is gone I think it’s very likely we go di back up rb who is also the kr.
  14. Even better, teams are taking them self out of the market of actual good players lol. Some one is gonna get a reaallly good deal by default of no one else having a big contract left to hand out.
  15. Does he have a history of military service? If houston is worth that much, brady should be worth a cool 3 million. Am I crazy? Why are teams over paying the guys whose absence makes us better?
  16. I feel that way with BC, and Ham seemingly every off season lol. Houston to cal for 275k over 2 years? LOL
  17. yeah, he honestly looks like a big LS, more than an OL. When you look at him next to big stan its staggering. Yeah, we kept trying to slide him out to make up for the gap. I look forward to seeing what richmond can do in camp, but the thing will always be can he stay healthy. I thought Vanterpool was going to be a longer term project, but they might be bringing him in to fight for a spot.
  18. I think gray will be back. Probably bolo if he still wants to play too. Grant I think is gone, schoen likely gone, castillo might settle back here due to limited options.
  19. I think thats more true of 15 ish years ago football. When Mlbers were 250 lbs +, wils were 235+, and speed backs frequently under 180. These days speed backs are frequently close to 200 lbs, and lbers 220 and under.
  20. Yep. Honestly nuef had 1 good game at tackle in relief, I believe it was vs edm. They literally just bullrushed him every snap and he played like a guard. The next week was a different story. Last year hardrick was like a guard stuck out at tackle. Some teams exploited it, other teams failed to. Yoshi also seemed to regain the weight he originally cut since the GC wins. I get it, that can be hard to keep off for a guy like him, at that age, with his history. I wouldn't be surprised to see him at his biggest in ssk.
  21. Kola isn't a big frame guy. If he's 6'1 then so is wade miller lol. Its hard to maintain 300lbs for a linemen through out a game. The water loss and calories burned is pretty crazy. That is why the modern style OL even at guard is far more svelt.
  22. I do agree. If we get 2 of those guys starting on the OL it will help a lot. Though hardrick was a nasty guy in the run game atleast too. If its richmond, gray, and kola in the starters group Idk, I think we get worse in grittyness.
  23. Some of it was, but how much of the heavily improved run success that OTT enjoyed was him? Not just in play but in setting the tone too. Would brady have had great success in edmonton? We can't really know. I tend to think he would have some success but demski wouldve been moc then. Whose deal is worse? I'm honestly torn, but I'd probably lean to desjarlais but not by much.
