To really make the old school drop back from centre stuff work you gotta have the blocking to widen the book ends and a good blocking back. Plus you can’t have a qb who is slow getting it out. In general I feel like the classic drop back style is dying off even down south. Not a lot of teams running the 90s pro style offence or the outliers like wing T.

Doesn’t matter if it’s coach player scout or other front office type. In pro sports before you cut a guy out right you need to have some one as good or better lined up. Unless it’s a totally toxic situation which Glenn certainly was not.

He’s worth 100 mill, and closely connected to more money than most of the private owners in this league are. Are you familiar with some of the guys invested in one? Montreal, Halifax etc have frequently seen ownership groups worth a whole lot less and connected to a less than he has. He could put up an ownership group via text in about 30 seconds.

Pretty much what it sounds like. Probably not chucking passes but standing well behind and visualizing taking the reps, going through some motions. That way he is fully comfortable with what ever buck changes to the play book and plans for the the first drive.
