He blew up a play in the back field and caused a tfl but didn’t get a stat. He also took a really dumb penalty. But he’s going to be a good one. And sooner rather than later.

Put weineke on the bombers and he’d still make a ton of big catches. He’s a guy who needs to be fed 50/50 balls. And he’s not in an offense to do that with regularity. He’s no Kenny lawler, more a poor man’s version. That said hed have no chance in the real world of being a starter here.

I’m sure we are paying Castillo atleast half a minimum contract more. His 66 nearly 67 yards per kick off is pretty much his career best, though he is seriously sacrificing hang time for the extra 5 yards. It’s odd that legs isn’t punting for the cats that’s really where the value in a guy like him comes from. But it’s also odd that we don’t just have Jamison kick off. I doubt their season ending numbers will be too close. Legs is going to get much more work in and need to carry them in points. Where as Sergio won’t face a ton of pressure or volume. I wouldn’t have made the move, but it’s too late for regrets. And with our volume of 6 game ir guys I don’t think the cost difference will end up being a factor.

We could rush 3 guys and play contain all night and slap these elk silly. If we get blitz drunk again it could be ugly. But hall has to have learned his lesson after ott, right? If the bombers contain ford it might be a game of tiddly winks for the elks offence. If he turns it into a track meet it could be more shooting dice.

We had a crazy amount of injuries to start with. A lot of missed time and challenges to over come. Now it’s mainly grant miller Hansen and Habba. Which would give our dl depth and teams a massive boost. Get healthy at the right time

Maas went from bad oc back to hc. Every thing in the cfl is odd. I expect Condell will be back with some one next year. Maybe edm or ssk.

He’s bad at kick offs. It’s strange he can crush 55 yard field goals but can’t kick off decently well. They should have Sheahan kick off. He’s got a huge leg. I think Willy should get strong consideration but defensive players seldom do. But for my money he’d be my pick. If Zach stays healthy though it’s his to lose.

Nope. But we never know when injured guys will be back. It would be a good time to bring back a camp cut. Salima was the best in pre season though with limited reps, a bigger rb who can catch and kr. Vance Barnes was a returner, rb and wr. tazawn Henry another diminutive rb , barely got touches in pre season but he’s a rb, returner, and caught a lot of passes in college. Especially if gmc is out for a bit, but in general we need rb and kr depth.

Looking at the next batch of Argos games getting trapped and under performing is the biggest risk. Id take a tough sched stretch over that. Argos are the class of the east and no1 in the league right now. But bc was just right there with them and we crushed em. Power rankings don’t mean much till the play off stretch.
