  1. Did you? It’s not a gap behind the line. You don’t split a gap with a blocker who isn’t on the line.
  2. He motioned… he didn’t line up on the dl. Kolo opened up immediately turning his shoulders to face the sideline.
  3. Looks like a paper bag hat type of game. Still early but boy idr the last time we responded well to adversity.
  4. That Jump from Willy was indefensible.
  5. Split the b gap between a guard and a rb. Lmao k
  6. A beaut of a rush but read it right and played the run well. I love dl who use their hands to get off blocks and make run stops. Idk when it became a bonus vs part of the job but it’s all too rare now.
  7. Dbs must be practicing catches with our WRs
  8. Man holm just whiffed on the ball
  9. Rush came from the other A gap, kola and nuef combined for maybe half a block gave up a straight line up the middle to zach, and some how rando and his rusher got there just as fast. Bad start.
  10. Max protection vs less than a full blitz. That’s a yikes.
  11. This game is gonna have a face made for radio
  12. Kola jumps neufs guy and gives a clear path to zach
  13. Good start glad to see some gaps
  14. Boy this weather may not be in our favour today
  15. Feels more like lowered expectations. We’ve been rocked back to back and have made essentially no roster changes. We are less healthy than the first Calgary game too.
  16. 3 keys to the game Zach-carry. We don’t need him to go off for 300-4, though that would help a lot, but we need him to not turn it over (or throw a pick 6), get 8+ a pass, and not get hit. brady bowl. The injury and blow outs have taken us away from the core of our offence. We gotta get Brady going again and let him feast. Adjustments. Both cos have had their units run off the field in blow outs and been unable to adjust. We need to see better from both.
  17. To be fair it was probably written in the flutie era, when last they had 15k fans or more in attendance.
  18. https://www.cbssports.com/college-basketball/news/olivier-rioux-florida-basketballs-7-foot-9-center-works-out-for-gators-football-team/amp/ Canadian basketball player, Olivier Rioux had a try out with the Florida gators. Some where taman is writing his name down on a napkin and waiting to neg list him. 7’9 300 ish pounds, 11 inch vertical lol. Needless to say it didn’t go great.
  19. I like vaval as a db and kr. I think he needs to sit and watch for a couple weeks. Try and get the game to slow down a bit. He’s over thinking and making bad decisions. Earlier in the year he’d just rush it catch and hit it up field. He’s struggling now to read it catch it and hesitant once he gets it.
  20. Ball for Novak is the only change. Wow that’s mildly stunning. I thought we’d swap vaval at kr. Amazing that we barely use person and ayers but roll with them again.
  21. Nichols is hands down the best guy on our D. Is Griffin 2nd best? Yep bout it. Don’t recommend thinking about who comes next. It gets real depressing real fast.
  22. Griffin is a db, so is Kramdi. No team plays a 4-3 or a 3-4 any more. 4-2 4-1 or 3-2 3-1 is it now. Sam and cover wil packages aren’t lber positions or roles. They don’t line up inside the box any more or take interior gap run fits.
  23. 100%. He and Kongbo very similar contributions to the D. And both made it extremely easy to rotate them in while adding a dime etc. we had soo much utility and flexibility with the D during the ships. Dl guys on the bench who could rotate, pressure inside out, allowing wj to do what he likes vs single blocker even dropping back (remember that lol) biggie gave us massive support in pass cover and excellent gap cancelling, kyrie also brought insane range and dependability. Ba was soo damn good at keeping guys on the same page doing the right thing while terrorizing RBs and WRs. Stove and drake gave us the ability to close 2 gaps with 1 guy. Now we have virtually none of that flexibility or basic ability to execute consistently at a high level.
