Oh no doubt they do. They make a huge difference. But guys in the bare hands era had physically strong hands. I feel like guys in this era don't. But the gloves make up for that and a lot more.

It is though. Wrs and players almost never stick around long after losing a step and seldom are more than a fraction of their former level of play. You can't defend some one running away from you. Guys like oj Simpson blink and countless others have made hof careers out running perfect pursuit angles. Countless guys with great speed have become functional route runners and catchers more players have been developed at all levels because they have speed with out any football tools than any other kind of split. I'm sure the league will step in at some point.

Not wrong. I have to rewatch the game still but I feel like our play book is the same as last year just smaller. But buck may be slowly implementing the whole offense. Pre season type of play calling and slowly revealing more making it harder to prepare for. The beautiful timing route in the first half seemed well practiced.

Yeah we Ran him at a and b only outside of 1 play. Our passing game needs some improvement too. We don't use timing or rubs or any progression in routes to create opportunities. Way too reliant on coming back on hooks and outs. They were focused on the run game for sure. They weren't particularly focused on him in the flats. We can't kick it out and beat muamba and judge to the edge reliably. We need to keep them honest inside and out. If we pound it inside they are great at scraping to the ball.

All the wrs had pretty good games out side of demskis fumble. Woli had some really hard fought yards and some great blocking.

They run blitzd all night. He was constantly contacted in the back field. I don't think any back in the league would've done different.
