Maybe maybe not. At this point it's more conceptual. And it has been for a while.

That's pretty trippy lol. Demski can return kicks as well. With the banking on betting the public owned teams and the fact its live entertainment does entitle people to have a reasonable idea as to who is starting. Imagine being a bc Mike Reilly fan and paying to go see them and Reilly is listed as starter then doesn't play. That's not acceptable in any form of paid live entertainment. The vague area of affliction and nature of the injury is fair to keep private. Fans have a right to know who is going to start \ play that game and if a guy is gonna be out for an extended period.

https://www.bluebombers.com/2021/08/09/still-disbelief-child-shot This story about bomber db demerio Houstons daughter being shot in the leg while sleeping in her Bed is heartbreaking. His daughter son and wife are now in Winnipeg and she's awaiting surgery to remove the bullet. They have a gofundme I'm donating to and I strongly recommend any one who can to do the same.
-
And he's still the hottest topic on this forum lol. Wild. And another pretty big rushing game. Led by none other than Reilly him self. That's one of the stranger box scores I've seen.
-
According to the Tait piece today it was a combo of macattack and Garza. But it was also freezing rain coming in side ways. Mike Reilly iirc retweeted tsn on their post commenting about the weather.
-
Tait mentioned it in the write up today too. We ran for 243 yards that day. Basically 300 offensive yards. Wish I could watch a vod of it.
-
Yeah johnson was meh our young guys were much better. Km hoping Alexander stays at sam and Darby goes to s with the Hallett boys rotating. I suspect a couple of those vets are on veteran days. Gotta keep their work load light between games the lines are sharp no rust get em rest where we can. Eli was really good in the heavy set too. That guy is ready to start and I think would start on every other team in the league.
-
Ehh maybe not too bad. The offenses are already hampered with covid rust and no pre season with many new coaches around the league. It probably wouldn't have been great no matter what. And just being back will make up for a few weeks of crappy games. Might be the best time for a new wave to step in.

I wonder if we have a bomber fan that does the same thing on rf. Does every teams forum have a tcg making up insider info?
-
Reilly starts that game and is 100 percent the riders would've had single digit points.

Remember that like 70 yard run in 17? That was gone too. The Bombers were a bad team prior to Nichols taking over. He took over we fixed the ol personal and the d improved and suddenly wasn't on the field for most of the game. He was part of us busting out of being a bad team. But was him self sub elite most of his time here. But because people over credit qbs and we went from losing to winning a good size group of bomber fans got married to Nichols. He was the savior like khari single handedly pulling us out of the dregs to a consistent play off team. The fan base is soo afraid and hate full of the idea of back slidding that Nichols is like a martyr \ Saint. If he was here and we had the Ottawa win exactly the same people would be arguing he's still a great qb and did enough to win while hurt so he's great. We saw the same discussions after the same kind of games. Weeks 8 9 and 10 in 2019. 1 300 yard game in 2 years but he was elite over that time. But Fajardo and mbt are hot garbage. I'd love to see that stat sheet. That team may have had more total yards had a good running game in 92. Must've been Danny Mac or Garza at qb.
-
Nah. Mike Reilly was head and shoulders better. Nichols was right on the cusp of the elite qb tier in 17. But still behind blm and Reilly. Out side of 17 he was firmly cemented in the 2nd tier of qbs. His deep balls constantly had guys cutting off routes coming back and diving. He was never the guy who hit wrs in stride creating yac gains.
-
He's got tremendous arm talent. Same. It's been soo long since teams feared our passing game I hope we have some monster passing games this year.
-
What an ass. The exact opposite of a mafia type guy. Nichols looked skinny af. Not just trimmed down but like he was stranded on a desert island for covid. His arms looked tiny. They gotta ir him and get him healthy.
-
He is. I mean to go from s to Sam and not only not miss a beat but drastically improve the sam play is soo hard. I hope he stays at sam when Darby is healthy and Darby goes to s. I'm guessing Houston makes the game day roster as a di and Hallett comes in more and more. Our secondary is miles stronger than it was early in 2019. Our whole d is.
-
The first couple drives were pretty flat till collaros sparked things. I can see where you were coming from. He settled down noticeably. Even in the late 3rd he started cutting back and trucking guys. Before that he was mostly plowing into defenders but still kinda upright. The double stiff arm run is a good example of his power. I bet he will look even better in game 2. I was surprised they didn't rotate backs at all.
-
I recall his reports being believable at the start too. Then they got a lil crazy and some one he raved about was hurt the whole time or not even at camp. We had tcg back to ob days and I imagine it's the same guy.
-
That's the life of a career position coach. He gets work cus he's massive and super athletic. But he seldom runs with power and is a real head case. He's a pro bowl level athlete with plus size and good skill. But he's toxic af. Nailed it.
-
Seems like the old tuscaloosa blue or w/e fake insider / fake TC report guy that comes around every year. I was gonna comment on their absence during TC (wouldve been funny with no one allowed to watch) but it seems they found their way back any way.
-
It seemed like a lot of the success on 3rd and 2+ and 2pt converts this year came from 2 back sets this week. Id love to see osh get a little more risky but Im not banking on it.
-
if you wouldve picked the riders to win and went 1-3 theyd give you a 10 year contract. Rourke is 100% worth developing. He isnt ready to lead a team right now, but hes very talented. Will nichols be rostered for weekd 2? yes. Should he be? No. Im gonna say lapo gets the boot half way through the season. Last year was the twilight of blm and the stumps. This is the down fall, and I for one am gonna enjoy the $%^& out of it. Agree. I think the argos offense is gonna trend down unless they get a legit run game going though. That defense is talented they could get better. I think a lot of teams with new offenses, and coaching staffs really struggled and will improve over the next few weeks. The argos passing game is where its gonna be. They have an edge, but will they keep it is the question. Same goes for us, we are far a head in execution and preparation we have a big edge to start the year but its up to us to use it and keep it. Some of my questions; 1) when does the air lift of import kickers come in to replace the globals. 2) we are in the year of the back up qb 2.0, but the old guard of elite qbs have also fallen. Will reilly, nichols, etc get healthy? Can collaros stay healthy? Will harris implode into a toxic mess if he continues to struggle? etc. And most importantly who will step up and be the new stars. Fajardo, MBT, Vaj have the inside track on the yount movement, but we will see more new names given the chance to break through this year. 3) League wide defenses feature tons and tons of rookie faces. Who is going to be the next wave of DOPTY candidates. 4) Can teams who dont run well go far? 5) Is this the end of Reilly in bc? 6) Finally, I wouldnt be surprised to see a fringe team become a seller and try to trade veteran imps for young NI talent to try and build up for a big push next year with what should be a short off season. Last time they won the GC they still had a pitiful attendance. I dont think success brings the fans back in toronto. But entertainment might. And the argos could have a very fun down field run and gun offense this year. Hope for the best, but Id be surprised to ever see 30k people in attendance for an argo game again.
-
I really hope we see some 2 back sets and or plays with both of them on the field.
-
Where is the source
-
Bob is as good as it gets but it takes time to build an ol after you have the pieces.
-
He looks solid in the flats we will see how he is with down field routes. His blocking ability was really good but he has work to do on his decision making \ blitz pick up. But that's pretty Coachable.
