  1. Guess it's an alternative. Love seeing the stamps go 2 and out.
  2. I threw up in my mouth a little when suitor was defending Ryan out kicking his coverage team. 55 yard punts with frequent 25 yard returns isn't good. Our ol can handle the Lions front too. That could be a new rushing record. Hamilton is gonna be top of the power rankings next week when their r handles the riders easily. They did soo much jamming at the line the riders quick hit timing routes will be screwed.
  3. He was much better previously. He went down with first contact every time. Hopefully just rusty. But either way I'm hoping we have Darvin back or activate one of the other wrs for next week.
  4. Depends a bit but generally yeah. The offense is more about timing and rhythm. In a heavy match zone system on d it takes a while to get too. Some offenses are less based around timing routes etc but it's still a big group effort.
  5. He was listed as a starter on the game day chart. Cfl isn't going to let teams pull fast ones like that. If you list some one as a gd starter they are gonna have to start. Yeah I'm looking forward to both of today's games. Kills me that we don't get to play ott this year. I liked the play call by Maas. The 2 back sets to get extra pass pro is smart. Don't see that often any more. I did see a lot of the same routes and timing as last year though. They will need to change it up or good secondaries are gonna jump those quick passes. Fajardo looked more accurate but despite the shape doesn't seem faster seems a bit slower. That ol is gonna get smashed in Hamilton.
  6. He was really physical and put it on banks a couple times. He had a low key monster game. Kongbo and Rocquemore both had strong outings too. Kongbo got in on the back of a lot of plays and had a couple pressures. He'd be the best player on bcs front 7. Rocquemore was really good in pass pro when dropping back. He had some pretty deep assignments too Ala bighill. Scraped to the ball well and was constantly in the pile. He's 32 and his best ball is probably ahead of him if he can stay healthy. I think this will be his best year statistically. Never been more happy to be wrong.
  7. They've messed up 8 points tnite. The Lions should be leading. How sad.
  8. Woooow Rourke throwing with authority.
  9. I don't get what's going on here Lucky looks good tnite
  10. 2 fgs and a poor decision on a 2pt conversion. Thatd make it a 2 point game.
  11. It may well be that this will be the new normal for reffing this year.
  12. Even hurt. Fajardo looks shaken up. That hand might be banged up. Lucky looked good coming back to that one.
  13. That was a brutal toss That was even more brutal. Should've been an easy td
  14. If Mr starts I think they would be winning right now. Despite how bad that d is.
  15. Nah it was pretty far removed from Nichols and plop. We weren't throwing half our passes to the flats or half way to the marker and expecting yac to bail us out. You didn't see the staples of that offense from the jet sweep to the trick plays or the screens. Collaros was on track for 350 and 4tds at the half. He single handedly pulled our offense out of a rut. When the run game got going it was used to kill the clock. Nichols wouldn't have come up either either td or most of the first downs in the first half. He made that happen with his legs and threw frozen ropes deep. It worked because the run game had already come back. He took one big loss at the end of the half. You should go back and watch the game again. I watched it again today and he made a ton happen because of his legs. How do you miss that? No chance Nichols throws either td pass. Or makes half the first downs happen. They both have exactly what they deserve. Even bubbles could see how collaros legs were the difference maker. His running kick started our whole team. The d was much better after 3 plus possessions.
  16. Right. Goes in just after the coach says he isn't ready. Makes no sense.
  17. Mike Reilly in Was birness joking when she said milt was cut from the broad cast
  18. Rourke is gutsy gotta give him that
  19. The riders ol has no push at all vs a rookie dl
  20. First pro game. No back up xp. It's sad
  21. 100 percent. He's a talented kid I feel bad for him. 2 qb thing is dumb.
  22. Maas offensive play book and call has been very good. Fajardo is still doing the same stuff as last year but he's doing well. I look forward to seeing them play a real defense
  23. Was just thinking that. Or what if he blows bad and needs to be pulled. Bone head move here.
  24. He was banged up this week limited in practice. Was listed as starter iirc in depth chart.
