Football has little to do with the person you are. Plenty of bad guys whove been great and beloved. Clearly hes saying he doesnt care for buck as a professional. He was a crappy qb and hasnt been a game breaking coach so its understandable to feel meh a bout it. He could turn out to be a really good coach despite his playing career ala marcus brady.

This is really shaping up to be a draft to trade out of if at all possible. Forced oline picks arent gonna help us. If any thing in a draft like this Id consider serviceable reaches earlier. Sters and role guys. Im super excited to see what waggoner can do too. Think he's gonna be a gooder. I hope goosen is ready to be an every game starter but I think we need to be looking for 2 guards with one hole to fill and a battle at the other spot. I dont think that hole would likely come in the draft right away most years any how. Weve been spoiled with a few bumper crops ins a row of prospects.

yep. High energy rabble rousing veterans with some thing to prove are good TCF. Having guys like that from out side the team can really help push rookies.

Moore was very good. But he couldnt stay healthy and was in our horrible horrible offense. who knows how good a healthy moore would be as no1 in a good offense now. Id love to have him back at a much cheaper contract.

We cant be sure what we are gonna get in moore. He was one of the best players in the cfl before he went to the nfl.

Its what 5k bucks under moores deal? Savings none the less. But my point was that its a gamble just the same as signing moore was.

I think thats part of the great deal amount of talk to his being a head case. But then juran bolden, mike sellers, and doug brown were all considered locker room problems in the nfl.

Hes a real nice upgrade over moore. Seems a bit more money then id hope but we arent a massive draw here. I hope he can regain his previous form and be a star again.

AS long as his head is on straight id love to have him in blue. Or harris.

Wrs arent easy to recruit imop. Tons of guys come in looking like they should be monsters and many dont put it together for various reasons. Id say WR is the biggest crap shoot. You can have guys come in with so so previous careers and blow up, and studs come in and flame out quick. RB is the easiest position to recruit imop. Its soo easy to get the ball in their hands, and they have 5 lineman whose job it is to get them a gap.

I think you pick it up from richard karikari's house. I hope they dont break the bank for the guy, but i think he has a chance to be one of the best WRs in the cfl if our offensive playing calling isnt the hot poop weve seen in the past.

Good stuff. Can you imagine if walters is fired in 2016 though? I think he has some good pieces in play in the coaching staff and talent department. Hope he drafts well and makes some moves this off season and turns things around.

Clearly wiley isnt the problem in winnipeg. People all over, both sides of the border know how good he is. Injuries, some guys who are done like picard, and some mediocore young guys isnt much to work with. Obviously a few guys like chung bryant etc have been good. But 1 or 2 holes is all it takes to sink an OL. I wonder how much he has to do with our drafting of young OL

Cutting the dead weight like picard and Marcel is all well and good. But the real turn around comes when you replace negative pieces with positives.
