The jets support also doesnt come with out cost to other sports, mainly the blue. It felt like the fans in general supported reinbold for a good while, It was a pretty clear talent on the field problem imo. It did wear out though. People wanted burke to stay for the D he ran. And felt his D could carry the team. Iirc he had consideration before lapo was hired for HC. And some one interviewed him (maybe hammy?) When ever a coach excels at a CO spot they end up with hype and hope for becoming a great hc. Id take burke right now as our DC if they let him run his system. Reinbold is a good teams co. I wouldnt want kelly selling peanuts at the stadium.

burke should never have been a HC. Reinbold came into a team that was allready cratered. On and off the field im going with kelly.

You could say that of DD and lowry as well. Raps have been regular season warriors and play off fluffers. A stretch 4 and a GOOD 3 and D sf would propel this team far. Though a better 6th man scorer would be great.

On offense; Establish harris and dont forget about him. Keep the offense rolling, low amount of 2 and outs. Stretch the field. and protect the ball. On D; Keep the pressure we saw in the 2nd half up. Stuff the run again. Limit long drives. Force turn overs again. On teams, pretty much do the exact same as we did vs sask. Kicking and coverage was phenomenal. Returning was good with some flashes though not great.

lowry is there no1. DD has evolved into a stellar player no doubt. But lowrys on the ball D, offensive set up and offensive diversity is what makes the team go. The raps going a year with out DD can make the play offs the raps with out lowry dont. Its a lot of money, but they had to do it. I dont see them being able to add to the core with out a heavy re tooling. But if u re tool lowry is who you build around. Didnt they have a deal in place to fix that a couple years back? pretty much. Im not a fan the direction the league has taken but you cant stop it.
