first team oau Dline, dominated 1v1 at the combine, looked very good last year in camp, if you did a depth chart today hed be our back up to jake and rotating DT....

Keep in mind this is the same guy who had mulumba picked no3 over all, herdman in the first round, also had herdman as the 2nd best player available in the draft on his big board, auclair 3rd, etc.

Imop judge is mos on steroids, herdman is more a mos clone. Mos, like wade was off the charts football smart, out worked every one on and off the field and lived and breathed football. If he had judge esq athletic ability, even scaled back to that era Hed a been hands down the best lber ever.

Imop he is as pro ready as colling. vandervoort, behar, maybe bladek, and judge atleast on teams (along with a few other teams guys) as well. I dont think you can question those guys commitment and desire. But if we are looking at faith first over all, im sure our front office believe he is 100% in on football as well. I dont see us grabbing a guy, especially not at no1 that has that question. Not to mention in a draft this deep. Agree, and while jones co has drunk the grey goose cool aid, if they gamble I think its on an OL. I wouldnt go gray at 6 either but only because i think hes a lifer down south. I really want judge or a WR at 6, or if bladek fell. The only commonality with these mock drafts to the real deal is they are all crazy. Some how the actual thing will be even crazier im sure.

With corney and butcher i dont think we need to target DL at all. We can easily go BPA. Like walters said tho there isnt a big gap between most of the top 1-2 rounds.

Yeah you look at every stat and you begin to get an idea. No stat will give you the full picture. All stats taken together can still be skewed heavily. Khari did early on. After bruce left he had milt and blink out of the back field. After bruce our WR core out side of milt was pretty weak.

Yeah. If i had to bet every thing i had on one prospect in this draft to be the best player out of the draft it would be judge. Bladek may start this year in the cfl, I dont think any other OL in this draft class does that.

Yeah im pretty luke warm on buscemi. Was soo tragic when gandolfini passed. He might have had to fight off type casting like soo many other greats in the genre but he showed fantastic depth and skills as tony. Soo much this. I was sure when they were taking luke cage away thats what was gonna happen. Or in iron fist as night nurse alluded to him. Each of the individual stories had some really good bits and strengths. (save JJ which i still havent gotten back to try and finish again) If they do the marvel thing and make the sum of the pieces greater then their individual weight defenders is going to be amazing. Trent corneys measurables are insane. Behars are good. I would be pretty happy if we got him at 6 or traded the 1st down a bit and got him there. Not as technical as vandervoort. More athletic. I think both guys have a chance to be good cfl players and productive quick.

% is good, but you have to temper it with yards per completion. Thats the difference between a willy / nichols passing at a 65+ % and a khari passing at a 55-60% range. Willy was like 8-9 YPC nichols 9-11 and khari 14-16.

He does, and hes one of our most physical players. But its football. Go down the line and you will see more knee, and and shoulder surgery scars on the roster then TDs in a record year. I would worry more about guys who avoid contact getting hurt then those who initiate.

Waggoner could be a candidate as well. He was a S in college and BC was going to sign him as such. Similar size, similar skill set, similar background as well. Loffler is all here comes the boom though, and havent seen that yet from waggoner. Imop at this moment he would be our best NI option at S. That or He takes the spot of Mo and Mo goes back to S. If fogg had the discipline and sense for he would be great at S. Crazy fast play maker able to just play center field and make stuff happen. He had enough issues covering at DB though. Pretty much.

morgan was also 4.5 and plays faster then his 40. Im not holding my breath on either stealing any starting jobs any time soon but im happy to have the depth makes for great competition.

Dunno this is a team that once started dave donaldson. Im not writing it off but im not betting on it atm either. You can never have enough NI dbs. With the leaps and bounds NI talent is improving with each year thats true of all positions i guess. Branning here looks pretty good, i wouldnt go after wright with either first. We would benefit a lot more from a wr, dl, lb or ol in the first. After that bpa imop. Wright does look good though.
