  1. xD atleast this should be the end of the toxicity around here... for now.
  2. Loffler was a product of a big d1 school but came to the cisu due to injuries. The massive impact fogg has had on returns + D maybe insurmountable. While loffler is less of a sexy stat guy and more of a hard hitting great timing football player. I can see fogg being gone and loffler here a long time. if we sign him to a long term deal in the off season i could see a lot of loffler jersys in the stands in the coming years.

Yeah i see a ton of that too. Gotta respect his heart, mma is all about respect, any one who doesnt like punk is a keyboard warrior etc etc etc. Im not sure if they are wrestling fan boys, or hype train hoppers or what. Punk was a punk leading up to the fight. Maybe he was trying to do the wwe promo thing, or be a diaz/mcG/sonnen/ etc but he missed terribly. And you gotta do some thing and have done some thing if you are gonna talk the talk. That was maybe the most one sided thrashing ive seen in the modern ufc. It looked like those early days fights where no one knew what to expect. And you had mcdojo instructors fighting brawlers and getting laid out. Im glad its over, and im sure its 100% over now in the ufc. If bellator wants to run him out idc. Sadly ufc events are getting thin now. With all the star power they crammed into a few cards it was bound to happen. Couple fights spread out im interested in. johnson poirier, cybro, lineker dodson, tybura lewis, bagautinov horiguchi, but the next couple monthes look thin.
  4. yes i made that same mistake in the half way point predictions. Fogg is considered a rookie. Itll be tough for any one to beat him out. We may have the 2 best rookies on D in the cfl this year though. Loffler has been dynamite. Fogg i could easily see going to the nfl next year, loffler I think we will have for a while.

Yep. I enjoyed it none the less. The utter lack of respect he showed gall, the ufc/mma and the WW division earned him that beat down. I expect this is the last we will see of punk in the ufc. Interestingly gall called out northcutt after wards. Smart move by him, its another big money fight and a guy at the right level with the right skill set to match up against. Miocic beat overoids in a thriller. werdum and browne went to a decision. And man wedum was throwing some silly stuff.
  6. go read the thread and break down on the actual salary nichols and willy will earn at this rate. Its simply not the case.
  7. both lochard and normand looked good. Id want fajardo too, but id love a deal around coombs.
  8. first star terrence frederick. A sack / tfl that forced a turn over when he was the only guy who could make the play. Ton of tackles, and some great coverage. second star kevin fogg, a huge strip, another td return called back. third star Dressler 7-135 with a few of our first downs. All round great play today. HH Was gonna go to jfg for that one deep catch, but im giving it to nichols for that clutch tackle on that missed fg return.
  9. Im not looking forward to the smith plays with him running sweeps and such 3+ times a game xD denmark has never been able to maintain that level of play out side of that season for any stretch of time. Smith is far more consistent with a better tool set. I like denmark, he should be on the active roster, but hes not better then smith or dressler.
  10. Dont fool your self, despite the initial surge when he came back smith is better. There is a reason we cut denmark after signing smith and dressler with out any one batting an eye. And a reason why after sask cut him no one else called. Denmark isnt consistant at all. That said i would have DI'd mcduffie rotated him heavily and started denmark still. With smith and dressler still fairly back fresh off injuries a steady rotation of our imp wrs would be good.
  11. burnette has been a monster on teams. Its great to finally again see a healthy WR core. Wish they were playing denmark though.
  12. yes he is. I think its more a situation of the hot hands playing. Denmark may be coming back down to reality now as well. Still a guy id love to keep around as our no 3 wr.
  13. its not a thing of cant do it at all, its a weaker tool thats gotten very rusty. The few medium+ passes he thrown since starting has contained a ton of what we saw in the dressler pass. Leading his wr far too much and leaving them vulnerable.
  14. absence makes the heart grow fonder. Besides it worked out very well for us and hes still the best qb in bomber history.
  15. deep ball has allways been willys weak spot. Hes a high percentage short-medium passer. This year the wheels fell off any thing more then short though. Throwing at peoples knees and toes on medium depth routes. He had good touch, and straight line speed but losses his zip quickly the deeper he throws.
  16. yeah it was on OB too, said he missed dressler and it was on him. He took blame for shepards too, but that was a drop. Some hand fighting and tugging going on too. I wouldnt call that, but worse plays have been called PI this year. Those deep touch passes arent nichols strength at all (or willys) but doing it soo rarely in game makes it soo much harder to execute. Also the burst dressler put on to get to that ball was insane, idk how many tall wr's would get to touch that ball.
  17. He had all day to throw, and thats one thats gotta be a strike. Instead he threw the wrong route, and still heavily over threw the ball. Dressler is what 5'6? If he was 6'4 you could expect him to make that catch. But then, bowman would have flat dropped it. Nichols had him and put the ball in the worst place other then the hands of the db. Its tough though, to stay sharp on posts/corners and deeper routes when your offense is running short stuff 90% of the time.
  18. Dont watch half times either. Would have been great if they had the hip play one more time, this is kinda meh + meh.
  19. With a healthy ray and wrs To could make a run. But at this point it would be a surprise. The west is much stronger imop.
  20. I bet if it rains during the riders dinner it will be orridges fault too. Leafs fans >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> rider fans. They dont whine and complain about conspiracies nearly as much..
  21. yep happens every year or two. Actually the worst i can recall is calgary with matt dunnigan as every thing when they did that on side punt, recovered it and the refs messed it up. then calgary released team video that clearly showed the guy on side by a mile. The PI none call wasnt any where near as bad as that stuff. It was par for the season tbh.
  22. i wanna say in 2000 late in the season while we were scraping for a play off spot, either hamilton or mtl got a roughing the passer call on lamar mcgriggs and the fans blew up throwing stuff on the field lamar lost his mind we got a ton of flags from it. But in the end it was a horrible call and the league issued an apology. Even under the use against the world dave ritchie era it was considered that we just didnt get respect and the benefit of the doubt. No one was calling it a conspiracy.
