  1. I wouldnt think they would allow him to with it in process come the combine.
  2. its too bad this wasnt sorted out in time for the combine.
  3. at 6'5 320 he wont have to shed weight. Especially not with that level of explosiveness.
  4. or old grey swish.
  5. yeah its peanut butter sand which meals every day. Their PR money is really sad.
  6. This is true, though i thought the thor movies were better then most people it certainly isnt the crowning gem of the mcu. Id say they were better then the iron man movies 2 and 3.
  7. shared some stuff on him in the draft thread watching his video, he looks like a HS senior playing pop warner. going to be interesting to see what comes of him. He seems listed as 6'5 320 in both the afl and his stint with the giants.
  8. Randy Colling found his calling as a Canadian after a rule change and knowledge from a current Arena league head coach with Canadian Football League scouting experience. Five years after graduating from Gannon University the 26-year-old defensive lineman has obtained Canadian Citizenship and been added to the 2017 CFL draft class. When Colling finished his senior season with the Golden Knights he would not have been considered a non-import under the collective bargaining agreement at the time. But in May 2014, when the CBA changed and allowed Canadian Citizens to qualify as nationals that changed the dynamic for Colling. However, it took recognition from Cleveland Gladiators head coach Ron Selesky, who was a U.S. scout with the Saskatchewan Roughriders that found linebacker Jeff Knox Jr. in 2015, to start the process for Colling. “I didn’t know he could qualify as a Canadian until he told me that his dad was born in Canada. I remembered seeing the article about how [Garrett] Waggoner got his Canadian Citizenship and they had contacted the Minister of Sport up there and got their process expedited. As soon as Randy told me the light went on: ‘Waggoner.’ I used that as a blueprint,” Selesky says. “If I would’ve known earlier that his dad had been born in Canada we could’ve jumped on it a lot earlier. When we first got him he had just turned 23.” Colling’s father and grandfather, Kirby and Ken, were born in Hamilton, grew up Ticats fans. Kirby taught his son the “Oskee Wee Wee” chant, still wears a Ticats winter coat and owns a Darren Flutie jersey among others, even after he moved to Buffalo as a teenager. “I remember visiting Hamilton when I was 12 years old because my dad wanted to show me where he grew up. He told me about the Tiger-Cats and we went to the team shop where I got some gear,” Colling recalls. Although, that didn’t help Colling’s citizenship process speed up. It took over a year for the final paperwork to be done, which came three days after the deadline to qualify for the 2016 CFL supplemental draft. “My Cleveland teammate Brian Brikowski, who played for the Montreal Alouettes [2014-2015], he was telling me how much of a difference it would make in me getting my Canadian citizenship,” Colling, eligible for the 2017 CFL pick-fest, says. “You can make more money and have a lot longer career.” Back in 2011, the defensive lineman finished his senior season at Gannon University with 88 tackles, 21.5 tackles for loss, nine sacks, one forced fumble and one fumble recovery in 11 games. He was a Gene Upshaw NCAA Division II Lineman of the Year award finalist. After going unselected in the NFL draft that year, Giants and Jets mini-camps didn’t yield a contract, Colling signed with the Gladiators and played there for the 2012 and 2013 seasons. For 2014 he signed a futures contract with the Bills in January that year, but he was released in May after Buffalo tried to turn him into an offensive lineman. “Where I came out of college, Gannon University, no player had ever signed an NFL deal. One guy before me went to a mini-camp but never signed a deal,” Colling says. After that, it was back to Cleveland where Colling continued to develop into an elite Arena league defensive lineman. Last year for the Gladiators he registered 19.5 tackles and 4.5 sacks in 16 games, which earned him All-Arena defensive first team accolades. And he was an emergency offensive lineman too. “He’s got the ability to go up there and dominate – incredible first step. He’s got all this experience and he’s only 26 years old. He’s got several good years in front of him,” Selesky says. “The biggest adjustment for him initially is just going to be getting over the shock of when he walks out onto the field. He’s going from playing on the smallest football field to the biggest one. Four of our game fields fit on one NFL game field, so take that and then add the extra length, width and end zones up in the CFL.” Three CFL teams have called Selesky to get information on the intriguing defensive lineman. Meanwhile, Colling has spoken with every team across the three-down league. “Big, active and can play all the positions along the defensive line,” one CFL scouts says. “He needs to lose weight for our game, but his size, rush ability, toughness and versatility will be an asset to any team.” Often the CFL takes shots for the minimum salary checking in at $52,000 for an 18 game season, but it’s a substantial jump for a player like Colling who would make around $15,600 in an AFL season ($975 per game approximately). Colling’s looking forward to the pay bump and challenge, the three-down game presents, but he’s got a jump in terms of knowing what it’s like to take down a CFL quarterback. “I played against Trevor Harris [Edinboro University] in college,” Colling says. “Trevor was a few years older than me, but I remember getting him a few times.” Reply With Quote http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1174041-shining-a-light-on-the-5-most-unknown-2012-nfl-undrafted-free-agents Guy sure sounds interesting. 6'4 320 (listed as 6'5 by the giants) listed as having played nose in college, and i imagine his AFL experience being very similar. But being a guy reputedly athletic enough to play 3-4 end in the nfl he certainly is interesting.
  9. this looks fantastic. i was hyped for the world breaker hulk / ragnarok story line but seeing this im expecting easily the best thor movie.
  10. not a fan of his, seen too many turds like his big board. But hes normally better then that.
  11. Thats the truth. Guys who start out hot are seldom more then just on a streak. The bottom really fell out on liriano. ST numbers dont mean much but still. Hope he manages to get it back together. Though at worst hed be a very good lefty out of the pen. The young pitchers sure are worth the watch alone. Stro seems back on pace after a rough year last year. With him, estrada sanchez and happ im not worried about the starters for the first time in ages.

That fights weigh in couldnt have been more fishy if they did them at a fish market. DCs camp said he had excessive sweat and weighed in up stairs on the money. Only he wasnt sweaty when he weighed in. The towel lean has been known about for decades in the wrestling community, where DC happens to come from. (doesnt seem like it would work but it does.) Rumble coming in under? I heard in the lead up that hes leaner then ever so im not surprised. Once upon a time he did make 171. The fact he was down by the same amount dc was up? did they happen to use a 7 dollar scale from walmart? Digital scales are notoriously bad. One thing is for sure, dc looked every bit of 58 when he hit to scales. Despite only being 38. ("only") The boobgate event, how is it a problem now but not when tate fought in ny hmmmmm. Over all its a weak card for a fox event. for ppv this is laughable.
  13. must be the grey goose and fried chicken.
  14. he reminds me of don mathews maybe he will end up in mtl. Maybe if reilly goes down and franklin isnt what hes hyped up to... but even then the esks are still hands down better this year then the riders.
  15. he certainly enabled it, no doubt. Being an S&M sports fan (bombers, jets, jays, raptors etc) it just makes it more worth while when the team does well. Atleast thats what i keep telling my self year after year after year after..... I expect the bombers to atleast have a much improved season on what weve had to deal with pre turn around last year. I think handily worse off this year then last year. Hamilton is still laying their hopes and prayers on a glass qb, the riders havent made the massive strides that they need to to turn it around, and while i like the front office changes in TO i think it comes too late. While we have one of the best NI groups in the league and only stand to get Much better. And weve made strong veteran pick ups to continue our own up tick. We clearly are not the power house team like calgary, and we dont have the bikini appeal of the leos, but I think we are still in a great position to challenge for 2nd to 3rd overall in the league during the regular season.
  16. yeah at the post season presser thing walters did he seemed to think it was a lock he'd be in camp this year. Hate the guys lack of experience to age, but love the raw talent. If he is back he should be interesting to watch in camp/pre season.
  17. I think its a lock that he'd be available at 6. But a better chance that hes gone at 15 then still on the board. Hes more toolsy then vandervoort but with a fraction of the polish. I like his head set and he seems like a smart player who loves football. not just a raw athlete. I think either would be a favorite going into camp to start. I would think behar gives us more on teams then vandervoort. I dont see vandervoort falling below 4 or behar going above 6. If hes in the same talent tier as whats left at 6 aside from strong nfl interest guys id be pretty happy if we got him. Id be shocked and thrilled if we got him at 15.
  18. I would say so but I cant remember many times a HC left a team and was not shot down in a blaze of bridge glory. Dave ritchie perhaps?
  19. Maybe hes the guy that comes around every year or two claiming insider knowledge and giving TC reports when he clearly didnt go (good performances by people who didnt dress etc)
  20. yeah the timing is whats really crazy. weve seen situations like that before from jones and the riders back to the Don in MTL. Normally it bottoms out when the winning stops not right before the draft. To add i agree that the way they dealt with the mic'd up thing was horribly un professional. Though i thought that was more maas, it prolly starts with hervey and runs down through the whole organization.
  21. i found this utterly shocking. the timing of it, how well the eskes have done under him, just wow. Perhaps a few weeks to around LD when the riders smarten up and fire jones that is where he will land. off the top of my head im not sure where else he goes.
  22. wow thats soo awful.
  23. richards is like 6'4 220 too. But i agree with the prejudice against sask wrs.
  24. Hard to evaluate wrs in an offense that runs a offense thats 15 yards deep. Especially with the early season guys.
