Nor have we used them well. I dont think its an upgrade. More of a side grade.. A guy who hasnt fit in or been well used here for a guy who hasnt been good here at all. Id make the switch for the variety in gurleys tool set. Gurley in TO was certainly better then smith here. Smith last year vs gurley in TO last year / this year IDK. My expectations for either this year are low.

Contracts are a mere technicality. Which OL was it that was sask born, played with MTL became a FA signed with the riders then went nah on second thought im gonna sign another deal to stay in MTL? It should. But ben cahoon proved you dont have to be canadian to be a great canadian in the cfl. certainly should. Im darn sure it used to come out later too. The only thing the east division deserves this year is a Tee time and a thank you for the draft pick card from the bombers and leos.

Elimimian is an excellent player. Id say hes more deserving then any defender in the east. But the impact MO has had on the game this year is far greater imop. His coverage, scrapping to under plays to get LBer type tackles while being a DB, the turnovers and defensive TDs its been one of the best performances you can get out of that position.

Weve seen some silly picks for allstars and awards before. But this is just a trash list.

No way banks wins that. He was red hot for like 5 weeks early this year. But he wasnt even the best return man in the league. And medlock had the best season by a kicker ever. Medlock clearly wins, right? right?! Man that list was a joke im not even sure >.>

Say what? Its the same short pass possession offense meant to grind out clock, yards, and first downs. This years version does it better, but it is still clearly the same system. It does the same thing our D gives up and believes wont work. Might make a case? read the wall of text in the first post stating the facts. Then go and look at facts posted to the opposite. I dont think they will throw elite money at him, and shouldnt. But I do think they will give him legit starting QB money for say 2 years even if we lose and hes brutal. Hes allready a MOS guy. It doesnt take clutch big game performances for that. Atleast for guys who play D/sts. They have tried but yeah. nichols/willy and glenn/khari is all I can think of. And both times it was pre determined going into the pre season who the starter was.

Its the all star list. That means all the stars after the riders roster. It like the NBA. Riders roster = cfl all star team #1 cfl all stars are team 2. Imop we should have had 2 guys on the OL, ours was hands down better then BCs for the year. But over all its a good list. Having 2 backs per division is kinda meh though. Even knowing harris would have been the one to lose out in the west. Fantuz/tolliver more deserving then CJ gable imop.

People forget too easily that glenn tore the same ottawa defense that gave us FITS with bench warmers to the sum of 25/30 382 5 tds 0 picks. While nichols put up 3 tds and 4 picks in 2 games against them. With a horrible OL and limited offensive weapons. Nichols threw 5 tds, (6 picks) in his last 4 games. Nichols needed to start, to shake off the first ott game. To get sharp and get the offensive in sync. But he should have been pulled around half time.

You mean behind the worst OL in the league vs in his time this year arguable the best? where are you getting this insight of milano convincing his gm to sell the farm like he did for willy? More with less? An Elite Ol and RB for the nichols era. Tons of talent at WR. Though some guys seem very poorly used. Maybe smith is a bust. But gurley too? Worst offensive production of any play off team. No way thats doing the most with what he had. Idk about that. Has our scheme changed from belifool? Our play calling has changed and weve seen some wrinkles but its very much the same offensive system.

Our road record, the bc crowd size, JJ being turn over prone against our ball hawk D, our offenses ability to protect the ball, best season from a kicker in league history vs digging up paul mc, the sweep of the leos in the regular season we have plenty of reasons for high hopes

Watched dr.strange today and dang its really good. Not as good as GOTG or winter soldier but among the best of the 2nd tier imop. Not a fan of 3d, various levels of HD 4k and blue ray dont do much for me but this is def one to see in theaters and if available 3d.

Thats kind of crazy. The line is based on who the bookies think people will bet on. Given the bombers road record, sweeping the series with the leos, the leos poor home attendance etc Id think more people would bet bombers. Especially since half of bc probably doesnt know the leos made the play offs this year... Wouldnt be surprised to see the line close to pick em for the game day. That'd be good too. Though of all the east teams the one Id like to $&^* on the most in the grey cup its the rough reneblackers

A few times this year plop has been applauded for good game plans. On here, and in the media. Over all though, many seem to be critical of him. (my self included) Throwing it out now as post season success or lack of would dramatically skew the results. Offensive stats. 2nd fewest turn overs. 3rd fewest sacks allowed. 8th for time of possession. 5th in rush yards. 3 way tie for 4th in rushing tds. 8th in passing tds. 6th in passing yards (only none play off teams below us) 4th in points scored. Including Fgs, xpts, points scored by the D. Success of the smith package, wr sweep/reverse. Smith 5 carries for 5 yards. Darvin adams, 1 carry 1 yard. dressler 5 carries 45 yards (20 on one) kohlert 1 carry -1 yard. Mcduffie 3- 17 yards. DI useage. Mcduffie had 6 games with 0 catches. 1 game he had 153 1 td out of 241 for 1 td for the year. Flanders started 3 games and was DI'd 4 times. In those 4 games he got 4 runs and 1 catch. Harris played great but only reached or passed 20 carries in a game once. He wasnt used heavily in bc as a runner but still had a down year in terms of tds avg etc. But the OL to start the year was brutal. An offence like ours should have used him much more though. We shouldnt go quarters and halves of games with out him involved. We brought in gurley, but made very little use of him. No end zone fades. We saw strong success with nichols on the roll when teams were aggressive, but then would go away from it. Shot gun plays in the red zone, Not making good use of play action, screens shovel pass, fades etc in the red zone. 2nd and short draw plays. We also lacked diversity in our run plays. Despite harris doing very well on off tackle runs stretches etc. Does making the play offs and early season qb/ol changes buy him another year?
