  1. man i hope it means we are gonna bring back guys like blink again to induct them into the ring.
  2. hef was a beast when he was here. Sad to see it go down this way, but im glad he gets a day like this and goes out in blue n gold.
  3. Agree with that. but if we could trade him for a plug and play upgrade on the oline...
  4. Id be pretty happy to land gagnon. But then id be happy to get any top 10 OL.
  5. Yeah his physical tools and high caliber schooling is really interesting.
  6. No joke, high level pedigree. 6'6 260 4.6 speed 38.5" vert, those are solid wr numbers. Gotta love tall long rush ends who can knock down passes at the line. williams is a big db, im guessing he played safety in college. Isnt that elfred peytons alma mater? Surprised to see jhomo and stoudemire cut before camp. They must have either pooped the bed or the brass felt the young guys weve brought in made them expendable. We do seem to have a real bumper crop of wrs, but before pre season its tough to say how good they will be.
  7. then you have a top 9-10 or each teams first pic. With a taste of depth pic future neglist watch guys.
  8. You can say that again. Wouldnt mind a longer term project qb but we had been bringing lots of those guys in the last few years to little avail.
  9. Adams looks interesting, walkers scout reports were about as sad as any prospect ive seen since glen big baby davis.
  10. the thought of hurl playing more then spot minutes makes me nervous. I really hope waggoner steps up and he and buck can rotate.
  11. Not too big for safety. Weve had smaller backers and bigger safetys. Coverage lber, hb and safety are all similar size guys. Safety means you need different instincts vision etc.
  12. Thats a great set up until nuefeld goes down 2 games in >.<
  13. Yeah but tbh i dont put much value in our citys sports reporters pre regular season. Every single one of em is too busy eating donuts talking and playing on their phones to actually notice any thing going on. Waggoner was a saftey in the US, bc was gonna sign him to play it i dont think he has to change any thing. Now if he has what it takes or not is some thing very different. Idk why we are moving any one to LBer though, seems like the strength of our D atm.
  14. one more sleep till mini camp! whoooo! Wouldnt might seeing wagoneer step up and take starting safety.
  15. ready willing and able. I dont understand the ability to just cheer for another team and give up on yours like that. maybe its just me.
  16. and catch the ball. weve had a few guys who got open a lot and dropped none stop. k9 and chris brazzel come to mind.
  17. duper the super negatron. mega negatron. Or cautiously optimistic. Which is how all bomber fans seem to feel right now. Weve got some really good pieces young and old. Camp should be a gooder.
  18. Idk but off the top of my head, milt was listed 6'0 here and 5'11 in the nfl. We had him bobby gordon aj3 then arland bruce with charles roberts catching a ton of passes too.
  19. Looks like a gifted athlete will be fun to see what he can bring to camp. 4.47/41.5"/10'8" 6.65 cone and 4.09 shuttle. On the scouting front, National Football Post's Wes Bunting liked Talley's size at 6'1, his burst, and his ability to separate. Pro Football Weekly said Talley had an "athletic build", "smooth movement" and quickness in and out of his breaks. His 41.5 inch vertical (also reported by Pro Football Weekly) is probably his biggest asset, although both Bunting and PFW weren't thrilled about his hands and tendency to body-catch. Talley can return kicks and punts and provide depth at slot receiver with potential to line up outside. If 2011 third-round pick Jerrel Jernigan doesn't have a good camp, Talley's time with Cruz could continue into the 2012 season and beyond.
  20. I havent seen that, but id take it with a grain of salt. That said, i wouldnt expect he would want to come back for half or less pay and being 3rd or lower on the depth chart. but a man can dream. Whens the last time we had 3 1000 yard wrs?
  21. Many a former great wr not far removed from being very productive has retired as a FA from lack of interest. I wonder if hes holding out for too much money? Id still love to bring him in on a cheaper deal for a 3rd wide out.
  22. Any team with need of a starting canadian. Also, any one who signs henoc would be in a good spot with him backing up. Bc had waggoner neg listed as an imp and was about to sign him but didnt spend the pick on him.
  23. Pretty interesting prospect. but yeah i would be surprised if he fell to us. Though we dont have a need at lber. if we did there would have been a much bigger out cry to pay henoc crazy money.
