  1. No doubt about it. Khari has always been extremely hard working, and professional. Im not sold on him as an OC, but he certainly deserves to coach in this league and he could be even better as a HC then an OC.
  2. Kj called the plays, but didn't make the call on roster decisions. Remember the insane QB carousel they had? A few of their guys showed promise and then got pulled or buried. They had some good offensive games, but over all didn't have any consistency in who was on the field and Reed never built an OL. The point is, Khari has some level of trustworthiness in making any CFL decisions. And not only did Sherman show none, he showed in ability to follow through. If the leader of your team cant be trusted to follow through on what they say they will do, you dont have a leader.
  3. West Winnipeg Calgary BC Edmonton SSK East Ham Mtl Ott Tor Bombers win GC. Bighill wins MOP and MODP Luck wins MoR and Cam judge (say whaaaaaa!) wins MoC. Ottawa cleans house after missing the play offs when Edmonton crosses over. Hamilton wins 10 games, and its the first time in about 100 years the east champ wins 10 or more games. Reed is fired before LD despite the als doing better then expected when new owners take over.
  4. Getting rid of a half assed micro manager who isnt good at managing any thing (including putting on and taking off a mic) Khari called his own plays here for a good while. I trust him far more to call plays then sherman.
  5. I hope we di another imp db. That plus one kr, medlock, and a dl.
  6. One down one to go. Next guy out the door in mtl HAS to be reed. And it can't happen soon enough. Glad khari will get a shot. Hope he makes the most of it.
  7. Biggest concern for me is Hecht projected to start at S over jones. Dont like that we kept choudja on the PR. Im glad we kept and seem like we will start richardson. id rather have bryant then nevis but continuity and experience count for some thing. Nevis will do what he does and mash the middle of the line like few other. Him and richardson are really gonna open gaps for the rushers. Simonise showed flashes, but also dropped a lot of balls. He blinked and Petermann didnt. Petermann has done every thing you could ask, and made plays every time the ball has gone his way. I suspect nelson will go to the IR. Foketi moved to the retired list isnt a huge surprise.
  8. I expect them to go back n forth through out the year trying to find a starter between those two back ups.
  9. Is judge healthy? Powell was a big pick up, especially if the riders finally get back to running the ball now.
  10. I think bennett has the spot based on experience and familiarity with the system. That said if Mcguire had to draw in, it wouldn't be cause for any concern at all. I expect he will sit on the PR and be groomed. He looked fantastic. Especially for a raw rookie. I really hope he sits and is in camp next year.
  11. No one can doubt the talented threats we've gathered on offense.
  12. One of the best pre season games Ive seen. Such a great pace, great effort all over the field.
  13. Im guessing walker and whitehead play. nelson to the PR. Cutting Santiago wont be easy.
  14. The only concerns at this point are drops, and run blocking. The dropsy guys arent likely to be here. We are gonna cut a good wr. The ol, the interior struggled the most but having hardrick back will be huge.
  15. 1 Whitehead/walker. Incredibly deep plays. Both look insanely dangerous and fast. 2 Mccallister/richardson. Mccallister had a bad Roughing call, but both guys were instant back field pressure as soon as they went in. 3 Santiago. Looked dangerous every time he was on the field. Big run called back. HH Thiadric hansen, Made some really nice plays on pass D, and a great open field tackle. Honorable mention to the Qbs. More drops tonight, but made use of some dangerous deep threats despite a huge wind. All of them moved the ball and had good moments.
  16. His arm is close, but his release is much better. Eli has made some great choices and been good in pass pro.
  17. turnstyled two OL with ease.
  18. And a pressure on the next play.
  19. Saved the day on a return that was botched. didnt get any carries.
  20. Didnt see him in after the 2nd or so.
  21. Richardson was collapsing the pocket early. he lead to the early sacks.
  22. I really hope mccallister is a DI but yeah we gotta find a way to keep those 4 around.
  23. When healthy I think itll be nelson/whitehead at this point.
  24. x3 now. Big mac is looking pretty good.
  25. a lot of its the wind, but yeah he doesnt seem to get that he needs to get the ball down and not just boot it up into the wind.
