It is using things from the past to influence your current perception, ie. not objectivity but an opinion influenced by bias.
You know if you just accept that you're negative about the team consistently this whole argument will be put to bed. No one cares and everyone knows it so why you gotta fight the truth so hard?

I guess he would have been told that if he had gone through the proper channels. You guys live in your dream world if you want, but make no mistake Bomo was just trying to make the Riders look bad.  Do you honestly think he was just a good guy looking out for the betterment of the league?

Indeed! Players talk. I'm sure most of the league knew what was up...
I think back to an interview with Denmark just after we signed him... they asked how camp was in Saskatchewan, and his characteristic smile disappeared and all he offered was 'camp was okay....'. Seemed like there was more to the story but he wasn't about to spill it in front of the cameras.

The reasonable move, if BLM was actually concerned about the Riders' roster management, would be to contact the league, at which point they would have informed him there was an ongoing investigation.

Kinda irrelevant. The CFL presumably has a process in place to deal with these kind of things. If BLM had an honest complaint, he should have approached the league, not used twitter.
Seriously. If I do something wrong at work, say I stole money, having staff post it on facebook is not the same as them reporting it to the owners.
    He does deserve the fine.

Agree with this. It would seem the current mantra around here is "if you don't have anything nice to say...rip on Saskatchewan.
That said, cheating is cheating and there's no reason any team should be allowed to play - or for that matter practice - above the rules.

Going into a bye week or not, I'll take any winning streak the Blue and Gold can get.

You're right, there is always room for improvement and if it weren't for that offsides call that fumble could've been a disastrous turning point for the Bombers. I think it was 13-10 at that point and the turnover would've given Toronto some momentum. That said, I would argue the OL had a good night if for no other reason than they didn't give up a sack. I know that's not always a fair indicator of the O-lines performance, arguments could be made that they gave up more sacks with Willy in (because he hung on to the ball too long).
Given the play of the OL the last few years I thought they helped control the run game and really helped grind down Toronto's D especially when they had the big lead. I also agree about Harris - he's a beast and has consistently played well this year.

Bit of a mix.....at the stadium the first 3 years or so, were with no notes, at all.    I do notes now....but depending how I feel, use different amounts of it......some times sitting at the computer....simple veer off in another direction (blame gin).   The road stuff has more editing as I am already typing and drinking, as game is in progress....
Half in bag, not sure if is explains anything...

We can only go by the present as the past is irrelevant considering the levels of play. The smart coach will go with the player who gives us the best chance to win consistently ultimately, this year it's been Nichols.

There's two clear minority camps who are talking the most about Willy and Nichols and their effects on the game, whether they admit it or not.
After our first win against Hamilton folks like wbbfan had zero negative things to say about our lackluster 2nd half or, frankly, offensive production all game long. Not a peep about the turnovers and how lucky we were. Yet after this 2nd win against Hamilton, a far more dominant win, he and a couple others are keying in on that. It strikes me as a bit hypocritical but in the context of Willy and Nichols it makes sense. They're so convinced Willy is the man, and of his SSK hype and first 5 games that they're willing to look for flaws in Nichols they ignored in Willy.
It actually is incredibly frustrating to no end to read.
