Columbus management has made so many mistakes that the coach takes blame for, should never have signed Horton to free agnet contract as insiders had always thought he was a bit damaged, signed goalie bob which at the time seemed like a good deal but will be an albatross contract, gave Foligno way to much money and the trade for Saad is still up in the air, add to it there best player has 5 guys making more money than him.
Had 2 PTO's, its a young players game time to move on with life.
There's work to be done on the farm, and Coach Sutter could use the help on the Innisfail Eagles...
In retrospect of his career he has stated that looking back he should never of given Calgary a hometown discount when he was a free agent and can't believe that at 32 he can't catch on with a team now
Give credit where credit is do, St. Louis came here without 2 of their better player and left with 2 points. We gave as good as we got but in the end they just have more depth at the moment.
The stage is not in the middle of the feild because of the problems associated with getting things in and out of IGF. Anyone who doesn't agree hasn't been following along with the continuing saga of our stadium.
I'm glad Miller stood his ground on this one, and I'm also a huge Jets fan and season ticket holder. The Heritage Classic within weeks of the Grey Cup would have had an affect on Grey Cup sales.
We get one Grey Cup every 10 years. You don't put it at risk for a rental fee on the stadium.
Could be a long time before we get another so we should get out support it and all that goes with Grey Cup Week, but as of now Miller is a complete fail as CEO.
This is a horrible horrible thing.
Give the guy credit, Stuck with the same franchise his entire career. Arguably the worst franchise ever. too.
20 years wow
Based on what he did in the Super Bowl even if they cut him other teams would take a run at him. As for Thomas he has been a surprise and would be welcomed back for next year as a rotational player
Unfortunately i think that Denmark and Moore have become complimentary receivers not go to guys, they need to add that true number 1 receiver. Imagine if they could get SJ Green, 2 in the slot, 1 kicks out to receivers and all three would have careers years with Willy throwing the ball of course.
That'd be my guess.........who does he replace?
On second thought they probably go as is, all for one mentality plus no sense breaking a winning squad.
Not sure what you mean by that?
He always has these nagging injuries, even last year twisted funny behind the net and ended up having rib problems year before jumped over a player and ended up missing some games with a leg ailment nothing major but a concern, he has never played a full season since coming to Winnipeg.
Lets face it Buff is looking for term and that's what the Jets are balking at, I like Buff even when he's free wheeling and has brain farts because i know he'll do something that makes you say WTF did he just do that, but he's 30 is a big man and gets nicked up every year, so any more than 4 years should be a no go.
Any possibility that Bass could slip into the middle and put Wild in Bass's position. Gotta have your best players on the field, speaking of which should Leggatt stay at OLB and when Randle comes back put him at corner sit Bucknor and find a Canadian safety.
