Is this the end of Marve as a Bomber?

I will focus more on both tackle positions against the riders to see whose getting double teamed. I'm just feel that he's been neutralized this year when in the past he caused havoc from his position.

What do you honestly expect from him though? Lots of sacks and tackles for a loss? Seems to me he's sort of taking the role of big strong guy trying to make room for others in the defence this year. That's not a position that generally gets yourself covered in glory. I expect push up the middle from a defensive tackle , disrupt the play ,shed block , make a tackle once in a while, keep OL off the LB. He's just not doing that this year.

Anderson has been a disappointment for me this year i expected more from him. I do know if he is still bothered by last years injury but his play has been below average this year.

Really tho...Marshall isn't a washed up has been. If he was used properly he would easily be a 1000 yard rusher and money scoring inside the 5 Wasn't talking about Marshall, he has potential, my comment was directed at Chevon Walker

How is Nichols washed up exactly? I agree on the walker signing tho.. Fail big time. He played with a better RB tandem better WR and better OL and he couldn't get the job done. He's also have some serious injuries in the 3 plus years in the CFL. Career backup who on a good team is not a starting QB, and apparently can't be the back up either

What have we become here in Bomberland where we have to settle for a washed up QB and a has been RB. Maybe Reaves and Ploen could make a comeback seriously this team has no vision for the future and keeps digging a bigger hole. They had a whole year to find talent and now were being fed table scraps. Have a feeling this forum might explode after the weekend.

Philly is in no position to trade for Buff they need 5 million in cap space and getting prospects back for Buff doesn't help Philly do that. If you want to trade with Phiily is has to be contract for contract with maybe a pick thrown in.

Not gonna lie Chamblin is a good coach but like many think he lost the room and it was his time to go. Taman i'm meh about him but he can't be any worse than we've had here in the last 5 or so years

Would like to see Dyce back on the bombers coaching staff if the Riders let him go at the end oft he season

If the Bombers lose both games to the Riders then i think everybody would agree that we've hit rock bottom and changes will have to be made.

Comrie will get max games in ECHL, Helly will max games with Moose, Olkinuora is signed backup, Leggio is signed PTO and has to beat Olkinuora for backup spot. Comrie needs to keep progressing and he wont do that sitting on the Moose bench,as Helly will play 3/4 of the games

We have one already. Comrie, Eric. Comrie will probably play in the ECHL to get in as many games as possible.

Good candidates but far from being "can't miss" hires. Both would be first time head coaches and how many times have we seen great coordinators become awful head coaches?? To many times on this team but i feel that this 2 guys are our best option. Thorpe is Assistant HC,DC, and DB coach,that's a lot on his plate and i think he's handled it pretty well. On the other hand Condell is OC and Receivers Coach, again he has handled his duties quite well. MOS on the other hand was a Special Teams coach for 3 three years that's it. Doesn't exactly scream HC material but here we are wondering what has gone wrong. Truthfully nobody is can't miss but we would be farther along the day the Bombers make one of this guys the next head coach.

Tommy Condell and Noel Thorpe are two that i would be looking at if MOS gets canned.

Sorry but also say no to Khari and Higgins and Lapo for that matter. If there is to be a new H.C. than the bomber brass has to make it a can't miss hiring. We can't keep going through the same cycle over and over again.

Didn't sign an extension this past summer so probably gone at the end of the season. Brohm no comment.This team needs to bring 10 qb's to camp next year they should be able to find a back up and 1 or 2 that could be developed. I'm hopeful anyways.

Thing is that i don't see it getting any better next year. With this management and coaches will still be talking about the offensive line, lack of qb depth, no running game, bad special teams, poor middle linebacker, no pass rush, and Willy being hurt again next year. The problems run deep on this team and no one is being held accountable, we put more money in scouting and that hasn't work out, we signed free agents to no real benefit, no first round pick, coaching that is poor, players who are not very good and management that is invisible.

If i was Kyle Walters i would've rented

Al Arbour passed away at the age of 82. How does he rate all time great coach. I think only Scotty Bowman rates higher in the modern era with Glenn Sather rounding out top three.
