That's how it started but, like any fringe party, it attracts disaffected voters from the mainstream parties. Environment remains the key focus but they lack the complete platform, which is why they attract radicals. The Green Party itself is mess and the voters it attracts tend to hold extreme views. Green Party is a protest party that catches many ideologies.

Why bother having field goals? It just rewards teams for failing to score a touchdown.

Cons don't believe in science. This is not even asking if humans are contributing to climate change.

They pretend climate change doesn't exist, so that would be on-brand.

The Liberals occupy the middle. It's confusing for the right because they've swung so hard to the right, they think no one is in the middle. There was a time that the right believed in science. That stopped when the Reform took over the PCs.

It is a commodity in the sense that you're buying that string of ones and zeros. It's value is zero until someone wants that string of ones and zeros.

Bitcoin is not a currency, it's a commodity. It's a pyramid scheme with a huge environmental footprint. Sooner we end this experiment, the better.

If the the third bye week provides measurably greater safety for players, I am all for it. A 10th team, to me, would even out the schedule and provide fewer weeks where teams play twice or on a Tuesday. We could go back to a predictable schedule of two games on Friday night and two on Saturday night. You would need to have a third on Saturday or Thursday night, when all ten teams played. I wonder if the Schooners would have been a go, if not for Covid? I thought the momentum died for it before the pandemic?

24th was the last Sunday in November, in 2019. We're up one week to the second last. They could move training camp up two more weeks and also move the GC up the same.

First preseason game is May 23rd this year. They have moved up the schedule. They've also added an extra week. And, we play in the GC in Regina on November 20th, this year. That's moved up one week, so far.

The pearls that were clutched (including my own) when they made the changes to the extra inning rules was huge. There was a lot of fighting about that one.
