In cricket, the command centre (equivalent) reviews the play live and explains their decision to everyone in the stadium and viewing on TV. I would like to see that level of transparency. Explain what you're seeing (and what you can't) and the decision (outcome).

Cool. Yes, I was up there to watch my son play baseball in the games and there were a bunch of carts. I wondered if any were yours. I lived in NB for 3 years. Yeah, an interesting place.
