True but they did get it after too. https://www.cp24.com/news/pfizer-submits-trial-data-on-vaccine-use-in-children-aged-5-to-11-to-health-canada-1.5608659 Health Canada said in an email that Pfizer submitted the preliminary data for children aged five to 11 Friday afternoon, which was earlier than expected. The department said it expects the formal filing of the company's submission in mid-October. The FDA got results earlier.

You're just jelly because you won't get to watch the Grey Cup with the rest of the Riders, from their homes in Regina. They must need that extra half hour of prep time to thaw the outhouse for their guests.

Just to be safe, I don a hazmat suit in the Peg too.

Early game tomorrow Lions have a lot of LBs on the roster. Late game: Quite the change in line-up for the Riders. I have not seen the Als roster yet but saw this infographic: It was interesting to me because they left the French numbering, when they translated the graphic. (1 553 vs 1,553). That is all.

Trust I seek and I find in Blue Every season for us something new Open mind for a another Grey Cup view And nothing else matters

Yes, those are fun. Next year, I think they'll be able to bring all of this back, kids, dogs, dancers, big plastic balls, and t-shirt cannons. Don't tell Noeller, though.

I mean, relative to the other bands they've trotted out over the years. But, I would really prefer that they (the gameday media peeps) modernize their music line-up. They play a few modern songs through the game and during warm-up but rely so much on the classic rock. I don't care what the older gen thinks of the music because I doubt they'll stop coming when some Drake is played. But, they have an opportunity to engage the youth with music. It also drives me crazy when they don't stick to their theme. Country night? Play all country, don't mix in a ton of the classic rock stuff. 90s night? Great, but only play 90s music. (Them mostly did and that was fun to sing along with for 90s night)

Evans starts, Duck as back-up. We know it will be a tie.

I'm not giving any money to True North.

I like the house band. There I said it.

Well, I'm sure the 16 year old who was raped appreciates "pecking order". Gross.

Just read the report like everyone else. It's right there.

I love that team Focus has their own mascot.

Sakic was a teenager responsible for playing hockey. Chevy was an adult, high level executive and in a position to do something. There's a big difference in their relative roles and responsibilites. Big difference between the 80s and 2010s in terms of knowledge about sexual assault too.

Nothing happens in a bubble. Sure, the Bombers had some questions but did the best to keep their talent after winning the GC. Everyone else was on a wing and a prayer. Edmonton - you assumed that all the changes would come together and, somehow, Harris would find his way in a new system (again). Calgary - BLM coming off a major injury and raw rookie back-up. Also lost a ton of talent. Saskatchewan - Trusting Faj to be someone he's never been. Plus, lots of turnover and a lack of oline. BC - Same oline issues and lack of receiver depth. So, yeah, the Bombers had some questions but I saw was writers trying to outsmart and be the first to pick a surprise West winner, trying to look clever.

Can whoever wins the GC this year REALLY be called champions if this is only a 14 game season?

At least there is no reason to bring any of those jerseys, 1995 to 2015, back. Nothing to celebrate except individual successes, which don't requiring honouring by wearing all those ugly jerseys for any period of time.

CFL is boring now, says long time Rider scrub... oops, I mean "scribe". https://leaderpost.com/sports/football/cfl/saskatchewan-roughriders/rob-vanstone-all-is-not-swell-in-the-once-exciting-cfl I have loved the Canadian Football League for 50 years, which makes the following sentence unpleasant to write — and, in all likelihood, to read. Canadian professional football has become an eyesore. The games are seldom compelling or entertaining. There is a somniferous sameness to the product, a problem that has also afflicted the NHL. Does every CFL team have the same playbook? It certainly appears that way. Defensive co-ordinators are unbending in their resolve to bend, but not break. As a result, what should be — and what used to be — a wide-open game has become a festival of hitch screens, slow-developing handoffs from the shotgun formation, and punts. The amateur game is alive and well, as evidenced by some recent shootouts in the Regina Intercollegiate Football League , Prairie Football Conference and Canada West, but the pros are ruining it for everyone.

This is the same "writer" that wrote, on July 19th, 2019: This jury still has plenty of deliberating to do before reaching a verdict on Cody Fajardo or the 2019 Saskatchewan Roughriders. https://3downnation.com/2019/07/20/jury-still-out-on-fajardo-riders-after-stampeders-shellackin/ And wrote: But yet somehow, now that Cody Fajardo has signed on the dotted line, the future looks and feels a whole brighter for the Riders. Even though we all saw it coming from miles away. On October 23rd, 2019. https://3downnation.com/2019/10/23/the-riders-reward-cody-fajardo-for-rescuing-the-franchise-identity/

Counter point: "When you start the year you have a one-in-nine chance of winning a Grey Cup," Fajardo said. "Then you clinch a playoff spot and have a one-in-six chance. "Then you want to get the first-round bye where you have a one-in-four chance. Our goal is to be a one-in-four chance team clinching with a bye week because I've been on the positive side of that where you get that week off and get to prepare and get healthy for the last playoff push." https://www.cbc.ca/sports/football/cfl/toronto-argonauts-saskatchewan-roughriders-week-16-1.5301695

Friday Stamps @ RedBlacks - 6pm - weather looks mild and quite nice for an Ontario fall TiCats @ L(k)'s - 8:45pm - Near zero at kickoff, feels sub-zero. Saturday Lions @ Argos - 3pm - Cloudy, rainy but not too bad. Riders @ Als - 6pm - Lots of rain. Hope you have a good running game and are not relying on your QB to make plays. All times Central Will update with rosters and final injury reports when available. At least we know why sexual assualts continue to happen. No one is willing to take any responsibility to help. Someone else's problem because it's not my job.
