  2. New jean shorts? Fancy like. --- Just... about... there...
  3. I've already packed my bag for the game and am not really sure what to do with myself. Just over 3 hours until I plan to leave and I can't sit still and I can't work. I'm feeling jacked!

  5. Gate 4 for me, which makes the most sense given my seat location.
  6. Let's not forget that Collaros is a really good QB. Focus on his fragility but don't forget he makes plays and slings the ball like very few in this league.
  7. I just put the trash on ignore. No time for alt-right fragility.
  8. It's like saying the house will fall down because the paint is peeling. Trenches is where we are best. And, we are best in the league in both trenches. And the trenches are where we will repeat.
  9. I can see that the trash is back.
  10. West: Winnipeg 10-4 Calgary 9-5 BC 8-6 Sask 7-7 Edmonton 4-10 East: Hamilton 9-5 Toronto 8-6 Montreal 7-7 Ottawa 4-10 Halifax 0-0 I didn't add these up to see if they made sense.
  11. I'm so excited! Some game day reading... 3 STORYLINES | WPG VS HAM by Ed Tait: https://www.bluebombers.com/2021/08/04/3-storylines-wpg-vs-ham/ Details on Depth, Injured Lists by Darrin Bauming: https://bonfiresports.ca/2021-week1-depth/ Defending champion Bombers already embracing underdog role with Tiger-Cats coming to town by Ted Wyman: https://winnipegsun.com/sports/football/cfl/winnipeg-bluebombers/wyman-defending-champion-bombers-already-embracing-underdog-role-with-tiger-cats-coming-to-town
  12. Didn't follow instructions and hollowed out head. Zach hasn't missed a game in almost two years. Ironman.
  13. I'm having troubles processing that I will get on a bus and go to a stadium to watch a football game tomorrow. It's emotional already and that's before they unveil the banner.
  14. Oliveira.
  15. They spelled Hallett correctly once. No Harris, no Adams, no problem! ForTheW!
  16. Because they finished out of the playoffs a few years ago, so it's justified in some troll's mind.
  17. Huge race. Absolutely pulled away from the Americans.
  18. According to the site, it says it's no longer active. Better to be safe and download the new app. I was super bummed about Taylor being dropped. Technically, the park and ride from Seel or Clarence are closer but it won't be easier getting out when the buses arrive. I thought Taylor had the best location. Also, now I need a Peggo card to save a few cents per ride (but it costs $5 for the card). At least the youngin gets to ride for free. I'm cautiously optimistic that this will be as smooth as an experience as the previous park and ride set up.
  19. I wanted to start a thread that discusses the changes in the protocols and whatnot about getting to the stadium and our experiences once there. 1. TICKETS There is already discussion about the mobile tickets here: But here are some links... Link to Mobile Ticket Guide: https://www.bluebombers.com/mobile-ticketing Link to PDF instructions: https://d3ham790trbkqy.cloudfront.net/wp-content/uploads/sites/6/2021/07/Bombers_MobileTickets.pdf You need the app: Apple: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/ticketmaster/id500003565 Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ticketmaster.mobile.android.na Make sure you have the BLUE app. The old GOLD one is no longer valid. I discovered today that you can link your Ticketmaster and your Bomber accounts. I was able to see my season tickets in the app and the extras I purchased through Ticketmaster for the Banjo Bowl. 2. TRANSPORTATION (Parking, Park & Ride, Biking) PARKING remains $20 to park near the stadium. You can purchase tickets here and see the map: https://www.bluebombers.com/tickets/game-day-parking/ They have a value lot ($5), which is the "B" lot for those that are familiar with UofM parking lots. It's a good hike and will take you about 10-15 minutes each way to get to the stadium and back. The issue I've had parking there in the past is that you're behind all the traffic and it takes while to get out. That was based on a my experience a couple of years ago, so it may be smoother now. PARK & RIDE More information: https://www.bluebombers.com/park-and-ride/ Route 1 – McPhillips Station – 484 McPhillips Street Route 2 – Club Regent – 1425 Regent Ave West. Cash or digital payment methods THERE IS NO LONGER PARK AND RIDE FROM TAYLOR or GRANT PARK. NEW for 2021 – Winnipeg Transit Park & Ride (replaces 2019 Grant Park Mall Park and Ride) Choose one of the following two locations to access the BLUE rapid transit line: Seel Station Park and Ride – 1550 Seel Ave. Clarence Station Park and Ride – 1240 Clarence Ave. Cost: Winnipeg Transit Fare $3.05 (pay when you get on bus and when you leave after the game) for anyone 12 and over. Covid-19

Well, I won't be taking my family to the theatres or out to a restaurant anytime soon, unless the private businesses step up and say 2x vax are required.

What's with these murder clowns? Kids under 12 can't get a vaccine and they're desperate to get them sick.
