Self-fulfilling prophecy? When Trump is removed from office, the CIA will have to monitor him closely to ensure they catch those that he's selling secrets to. He's always complained about deep state, blah, blah, blah but now they'll have to watch him closely for national security reasons. Even his Secret Service detail will need to be monitored and cycled frequently.

All the heavy insiders say he's available, so I'm guessing he is. Doesn't just seem like something the Sun dreamed up to get some clicks. It had better be some sort of crazy haul. I would want a number 2 centre, RHD top-pairing D and a draft pick.
-
Crazy. I hope he gets well soon. He's one of the good ones. I've always appreciated his style and his approach. I wonder what happened. Hopefully no else got hurt.

This is the white supremacist bs we saw in Alberta last week. It's always the right doing the nazi Gestapo s***.
-
I suppose I can't support fascists. It's a line I've drawn. And if the fascists are coming here, and I know they are, I'll be standing with those that oppose it. If trlhe media wants to call them antifa or anti-fascists, I'm down. I also believe at black lives matter. I know it's hard for some to see past their white privilege but if the police are going to be the terrorists, I'll have to oppose them too. Too many lives lost to protect the white supremacists in the ranks.

Because it spreads here. Look at the alt-right nutters that were on MBB. Look at the alt-right nutters in Alberta, while the Premier *wink*wink* says both sides bad. Look at Rebel media, the Sun, National Post, Globe, all owned by alt-right and being pushed by the Cons federally and provincially. We're at the start of this fascist movement, not the end.

I agree and I think that they would be crazy to trade him. I wouldn't touch him or Sheif. Selanne all over again. If they were going to, they could get a prospect and D man (plus a lot else, I would hope). Since the team is ready to win now, top forwards, top goalie, but lacking depth at the back, a D man could help them win next year. This assumes that they can't sign any D man of value next month. And, our window to win the Stanley Cup did close last year when we lost three starting D Men on the right side. It can be quickly re-opened again with another quality D man or two or three.

He's so little and pathetic. The polls were accurate, they just didn't break down by swing states. Hilary had millions more votes.
-
You know that they're lying about the case numbers. Red states have been doing this since the beginning. You're not allowed to release any info.

I'm an Executive Member, so I get 2% back. Not sure if the extra game is worth it but I like the Costco return policy. I was planning to get Spider-Man anyhow, so I will probably go with this one.
-
I'm optimistic, with all of the vaccines in their last trials, that we'll be back at major sporting events next summer. Let's hope the CFL survives and I think they will.
-
Costco has their pre-order up now. Includes an extra controller, Spider-Man, and another, pre-loaded, game for $809. It's not a deal, per se, but you get the extra game free and saves having to look for another controller.

I hope Tucker loses on appeal. He's a horrible person.

Not paywalled. Thank-you! This makes me so mad. The Right is killing people and lying about it. Poor, vulnerable people can't get health care and are made to work for tiny wages while the Right, the GOP, laughs and pockets cash. Disgusti It's clear that this infections and the deaths have been so underreported.
-
Thanks @Noellerfor posting this! I've had it in my mind to start a new thread about what the CFL needs to do to improve the league from the fan experience, to the on-field product, to the bottom line but have not really had the time to put together a thoughtful opening post with statistics and other support. If I have some time this weekend, I may do that.

I agree. I can hope he "fixes" the mess he's made by offering a few extra episodes. I'm such a big fan of Ken Burns' documentaries, which is why I'm a bit gutted on how the last two episodes unfolded. The genre is so massive that you can't cover everything. But, we still have the music.

Not a rumour for EB Games:
-
Wow, what a disappointing end. Barely a mention of Alan Jackson, Shania Twain, etc. Why couldn't they just cut it off at the resurgence of country music in the 80s, leaving the next generation untouched? Now, I'm a big Alan Jackson fan, so I'm totally biased, but he's had a heck of a career, including as a Blue Grass musician. And only a picture of the Kentucky Headhunters? Tsk, tsk. Rodney Crowell got very little attention, despite having his commentary throughout. I will go back and watch the first four episodes again next month when my library credits renew.

I look forward to the safe-for-tv version of WAP.

Actually, Roussin just confirmed it. So it is, in fact, 19 now.
-
They're still investigating the 19th death.

A regular reminder of how ridiculous this league treats its fans.
