  3. We are not playing any major sports this calendar year. I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't open anything for twelve months.
  4. Who can afford to take a year off work? I wouldn't be surprised if we lost a very large number of players who decide to move on.

I'm glad the scientists are running things and not the tinfoil hat wearing, anti-science nutters we see around:

Ford has been good recently. He seems to get it now.
  8. Unless he's shotgunning beers, I'll pass. But seriously, what can he update us on? Draft preparation, I guess. But he won't be signing anyone of note because anyone of note would need a signing bonus, which they won't want to do now.
  9. My friend the murderer. What Trump aspires to be.

You say that you're young, able-bodied and unemployed? Uncle Sam wants you! 3 squares and steady paycheque.

Wow, so defensive. I read what you wrote. You're taking some weird offense to something I've written. You need to chill out.

Not sure you need to "stick up for" being an undergrad Asper student. You be there "graduated" at some point, I'm sure.

We are already experiencing a recession. You speak like a recent or wanna be Asper grad.
  15. Partnering with Chicago-based Athlitacomics – the brainchild of former University of Manitoba Bison star and National Football League veteran Israel Idonije – the Bombers launched a creative and inspirational campaign that is unique to the Canadian Football League. The premise sees the team’s superhero players get transported back in time upon touching the Grey Cup to battle foes over the team’s nine decades of existence dating back to 1930. As the season unfolds, the superheroes advance through each of the decades using their various superpowers in their quest to repeat as Grey Cup champions. https://www.bluebombers.com/heroes-champions-way/?spMailingID=5147772&spUserID=MjMzNjA0MzE0NDg2S0&spJobID=981386716&spReportId=OTgxMzg2NzE2S0 In tune at all times, Drew Wolitarsky has the ability to disorient his opponents with his Vibrational Steps and shake his defenders. Every time his feet make contact with the ground, he emits a vibrational pitch. When he unlocks his maximum frequency, he can use the vibrations from his steps to increase his vertical leap, allowing him to make highlight reel catches.

The WHO confirmed that dogs could not get Covid-19. However, these viruses mutate and it's possible that new variants are in fact being transmitted to dogs. We'll have to wait and see what the research says.

  19. With your $1,200 USD, I hope you can afford the healthcare you lost when you lost your job. There's a big difference when a first world country like Canada, England, Denmark can offer to give everyone cash on top of the gov't services you already get as opposed to the US, where they have red hats and guns.

He's refusing to declare a state of emergency for Michigan. He's a pathetic little child.
  21. Let's put this in a way that MBB folks can truly understand... Do you what's it like when you've been watching the news for past three hours in favourite comfy chair? Then, you take off your glasses, realize they're filthy and wipe them off? Well, they're going from your clean glasses back to your filthy glasses.
  22. Moron In Chief of a failed state.
  23. You must really, REALLY hate people of colour to still support this moron:
  24. There are so many variables at this point. The arena/stadium owners will need to hold off booking any events until they get the all clear from the gov'ts. Then, they'll need to set a schedule for all the events that will be demanded, all the sports and entertainment, all the performers. They're be some huge demand and I'm sure, not everything has been cancelled yet. They'll need to cram everything in with little time to make everything work well. All your A-list performers will want the prime touring schedules which will now overlap with other A-list performers. God forbid you're a B-list or C-list performer just trying to make a touring schedule work. It's going to be a huge mess. And, the NHL and NBA will demand first access to the arenas. Then, we'll have overlap with other leagues and whatnot.
