  1. November 10, 2019.
  2. Exactly. He wouldn't trade ZC and that may have cost him.
  3. No doubt but the CFL is always in a precarious position. Our TV revenue is locked in for the foreseeable future, so growth will have to come from sponsorship and gate/concession revenue.
  4. Who's going to visit you in the home, Noeller?
  5. They tried to get Collaros earlier but Popp wouldn't trade him. My understanding was that Collaros was cleared to play in the summer but never suited up for the Argos. Even if he were here four weeks earlier, I don't think they would have put him in. It was only when they broke Streveler that they finally had to get in in there.
  6. I think they tried. But, even if they could have got Collaros earlier, do you think they would have put him in?
  7. I was meaning over the last few games of the year, where we still could have secured first overall against the Riders and the Stamps. But good point.
  8. Touché. But, no one said you shouldn't win games.
  9. Maybe they could have started earlier in the year to secure home field?
  10. Is attendance the CFLs biggest issue? ‘I was baffled’: Game-day attendance falls flat at Mosaic Stadium https://globalnews.ca/news/6126335/i-was-baffled-game-day-attendance-falls-flat-at-mosaic-stadium/ .... The Roughriders sold out just one game this season, the Labour Day Classic. Average game-day attendance also dropped by nearly 1,500 fans.
  11. Grifters are massing.
  12. Don't forget that they want the GMs contract to be one year longer. 🤣
  13. Don't forget, there are two contracts that need to get done, O'Shea's and Walter's, just like last time.
  14. Well, I am Bomber fan.
  15. I'm kind of busy at work right now. Can I do it part time?
  16. Sometimes the favourite wins, sometimes they don't.
  17. Calgary was the favourite last year.
  18. They're healthy. They were the best in the regular season. They're going to play an inferior team at home in the playoffs after a nice rest. They are unbeatable at home this year. And, whichever team emerges from the West will probably be beaten up. Hamilton is definitely the favourite.
  19. Campbell to Edmonton, yes. I'm not buying the MOS to TO though. He likes it here. It shows when he talks to people. He likes coaching in front of the big crowd. He's also built something. Yes, he loves his old organization but it's just shell of it's former self. No one in TO cares, except a handful of die-hards. It's not the same. My bet is that he's back.
  20. I expect Campbell to be Edmonton's next coach.
  21. Interesting story on the history of the Fat Boy in Winnipeg.... 'They stole the recipe, which is good': How the Fat Boy burger became a Winnipeg icon https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/manitoba/fat-boy-burger-winnipeg-icon-1.5344645 Junior's founder Gus Scouras says the basic recipe for the Fat Boy, if not the name, came from his restaurants
  22. Oh, wow. I had a few lunches there. It was close to a building that I worked out of sometimes.
  23. I don't. I don't think Walters gives up on MOS.
  24. This feels like a game that we have to go out and take it to them. We need to go out and win it, if that makes sense.
