  1. Who's finishing?
  2. How would proportional representation have shaped this election's results? https://ici.radio-canada.ca/info/2019/elections-federales/mode-scrutin-proportionnelle-mixte-compensatoire/index-en.html I found this quite interesting. I wonder if anyone would have changed their vote under these systems and whether or not it would have increased engagement?
  3. Please don't try to down play his contribution. That's still a big chunk of money for him.
  4. I'm getting D+ but I'm cancelling my TV subscription after the Grey Cup. D+ and Netflix, plus DAZN until the NFL/EPL season is done. Not sure how I'll get my college fix though *cough* Reddit Streams *cough*. Well, not entirely, I get the Pac 10 with the DAZN... yawn...
  5. Isn't Nogier hurt? Or was he just recalled? Or was he just sent down?
  6. We're second in points per game.
  7. But we don't have a 1,000 yard RB, we have 1,300 yard RB.
  8. All of this ignores the fact that we have the best RB and running game in the league.
  9. Yes, but it's all bluster without any basis in reality.
  10. Good point. I was thinking the recent history of Bowman 2.0.
  11. Doesn't care. Just trying to make a lot of noise to distract. The science speaks for itself, so he needs to yell louder.
  12. I don't know that everyone sucks but it's not like we have a ton of players that didn't work in the Lapo system that, all of sudden, excelled when they went elsewhere. Lankford was an ok returner here too. But he drops the ball (and Medlock gets them). Also, he hasn't been that good.
  13. Floating a balloon, I suppose.
  14. Let's take Flanders. Lapo was criticized for not getting him more involved. Well, what has he done since? Lapo was criticized for not getting Matthews more involved. And, where is he now? Bowman? What did he do after he left? Dom Davis. Look at him now! Simonise. Lankford. Who stands out?
  15. My concern is that as the US fades from a world power to a regional one, it will continue to try and extract more and more from it's regional partners. More than ever, Canada needs strong ties with Asia and Europe.
  16. So, if he had great players now, he could do it all again?
  17. But OMG what a horrible draft that turned out to be for us. Gray is the only bright spot. 18. They are "conservatives" in name only. Nothing could be further from the truth. These are anti-science, regressive taxes, big government social righties. They are no conservative parties left in Canada.
  19. Not signing what? He's under contract for next year. Sorry, but if you're so fragile that you think you deserve a chance, late in the season, when you started the preseason as fourth or fifth on the depth chart, then you're probably in the wrong business. The team took a chance on you and let another, more experienced player walk. QB's understand it takes time to develop, especially as a raw rookie in an unfamiliar system. Not sure why fans don't.
  20. You can keep Judge and I'll keep Gray.
  21. There's an automatic leadership review that will be held in 6 months. If the daggers are coming, it will be clear in the new year. For the record, I expect him to stay on as leader and have his leadership renewed.
  22. I can see it now... As the snow falls on the field on a cold November day in Calgary, McGuire sets in to begin the second half. The score 21-0, with the Bombers creating less than a 100 yards of offence in the first half. But not to worry, the injured threesome of Nichols, Collaros, and Streveler spent the halftime break giving McGuire advice. Adams is warming up on the sideline in case McGuire goes two and out again.
