Sitting one game isn't bad. He can see different things from the press box. Send him down and he may end up back in Europe, which is in his contract. Ideally, he's playing top line minutes with the Moose for a few weeks before coming back to the Jets but the reality is he may bolt.

I can't see this hurting the WWE. You obviously want to be ahead of the curve in terms of public sentiment but their core fans probably don't care about this. Also, if the government were going to sanction the Saudis, then the WWE would want to keep their distance but that's not going to happen as long as Trump needs Saudi money to keep his real estate ponzi schemes afloat.

Dano was just taking up space. Lemieux and Vesa both need time to develop and that means playing. Petan still has value. I don't love giving away assets for nothing but, jeez, what would you expect to get for Dano? I'm not even sure Dano is better than anyone on this team.
