He's a better Trojan horse. Just let him loose on the Riders and watch the infighting and whatnot.
-
Yeah, maybe they didn't have enough evidence to charge both. Likely charged possession first, with the opportunity to file more charges later. I wonder if the Riders release him? I wonder how the CFL head office handles it?
-
Oh, yeah, the taxman still needs his cut. I get that but he's been charged with possession(?), that will go away.
-
Pretty sure teams can release players at anytime. It's how the CFL wants the contracts structured. Can't complain when a team releases a player for their own reasons.

I can't wait until marijuana is legal, so that we can stop with this needless prohibition. Carter is an idiot but I hope the case gets tossed and there are no lasting repercussions for him. I do love the distraction it causes, though.

To be fair, that is West Hollywood, so probably not the grossest thing you would see in that bus shelter during the day.

Game 52 : Golden Nugget @ Golden Boy

It should have been called a penalty. Kind of Helle's fault for not flopping though. How can a ref simply pick up on a handed, stick-breaking slash across the head?! Can't review the penalty though but why would they allow the goal to stand? -
Mike Underwood's partner.

Wow, that was some CFL-level incompetence in reffing. -
Well, we know one stupid GM has already had to cut him after paying too much. He's not worth taking a chance on as a ratio breaker. You need a Canadian to start in front of him. I guess he could sign behind Messam?
-
Well, yeah... but I don't think he'll have a lot of options. And, we're home.
-
Come home, Kienan. Come home.

Riders committed too much to LaFrance.
-
A lot of people had him first for the Hart.

That's cool. I think my view was shaped by French immersion. The anthem is sung to the country (as if it were a person) or at least that's how I interpreted it. Here are the French lyrics, translated to English (from Wikipedia): O Canada! Land of our ancestors Glorious deeds circle your brow For your arm knows how to wield the sword Your arm knows how to carry the cross; Your history is an epic Of brilliant deeds And your valour steeped in faith Will protect our homes and our rights, Will protect our homes and our rights.
-
Interesting take. So, you saw the national anthem as being song to God? God was the audience? I've always seen the national anthem being sung one-another.

He said people on both sides. One side was Nazis.
-
Trump got eviscerated (or praised - depending on which cable news show you watched) for saying Nazis were good people.

Can't make money today with the insurance costs. Even the doctor's insurance is going through the roof. I think local, small promotion MMA is dead. -

No, no, the roadrunners are the farm team. -
Get that man a contract!!

Loaded. Plus, he's made quite a bit of money on his own, with his own name.

I can totally see the "endorphin" high of being on vacay and trying a wildly popular restaurant or chain. For Popeye's I used to go to regularly when I lived in So. Ontario and I've eaten it on vacation in other places. Also very good and did not disappoint, was In'N'Out. Fantastic. Those that did disappoint: Chik-Fil-A - I've only tried it twice and I'm willing to give it another chance. Cheesecake Factory - bleh! IHOP - Not good. Pancake House is much better, IMO. And there's probably lots of others. I look forward to trying Chipotle sometime in the future.
-
Hence the bit about Muamba and LaFrance BOTH breaking their contracts. Obviously done tongue-in-cheek.

I love Popeye's.
