Please don't cut Lefevour. Just because some of you thought he might be more than a short-yardage QB, that doesn't mean he should be cut. He's done his job well all year. He gets yards+ and holds the ball. Just, dear god, don't let him throw down field any more (across his body, running to his right, throwing into triple(?) coverage).

All that being said, he likely won't be the HC next year. Too much wear-and-tear on his body.

I laughed but... Teams regularly go for it on 3rd down, late in a game, when trailing. Doesn't matter the distance. 5 yards is no gimme though.

Wally himself has said he's not certain if he'll come back next year. I can't see him being coach or GM next year.

This will be the first time all season that we have to change our starting o-line. Only 5 have started there all year. Incredible. I hope they're back for week 20.

Also, the punt from the end zone was not "from scrimmage", so I don't see any rule prohibiting a kick out of bounds, from anywhere on the field, as long as it's not from scrimmage. I have another rules question/point that I want to tag on here.... Argo is returning a missed field goal, still in the end zone and there is an illegal block up field, preventing that Argo being tackled in the end zone. I think, on that play, the Bombers should have gotten a point because the foul prevented a Bomber from tackling the Argo in the end zone.

I think it's important we win the next two games. Gives the team some momentum going into the playoffs and, more importantly, proves my prediction of a 13-5 record. Go Bombers, do it for me!

The Stamps have actually looked quite mortal for a while but I agree with you about not being particularly reflective about that. Maybe they talk about it in their meetings.

I wish they saved the mortal look for the West Final, to be honest. Now, they can "re-focus" before the playoffs.

The Bombers released him from his PR contract but that doesn't mean he didn't quit. I'm not sure why some are so obsessed with blaming Walters/O'Shea on this, when it's pretty clear Thorpe quit. They've brought plenty of players back that they've released or let go.

Sounds like Connor skated with Little and Laine today. He's getting his chance. Now, what will he do with it? EDIT: I see it was posted earlier.

Jones is definitely a top 8 candidate for the award.

It was a great call and so well executed. I know it was short yardage but I was surprised that no one was back for the Bombers? They all crowded the line, despite all the clues: 3rd and 2, Masoli drops back into the shotgun, 3 receivers going wide. They're going to kick themselves when they watch the video.

I'm shocked that they won. I cannot believe, after giving up the lead, that they were able to score 3 unanswered goals and win that. Well done.

I take this as... Medlock puts up one FG, which, by itself, is enough to beat the TiCats but that the offence still puts up over 500 yards and bunch of TDs.
