I'll gladly take a legendary QB and all the success that the Als had for that many years, while always wondering what we had in Davis. Yes, it would be nice to strike gold with a back-up and seamlessly transition from QB to QB, but I'll take a few years of success and trust that Bombers are building a deep enough team that can handle transition time while finding the next 'one'.

I think Harris will be regarded as one of the best in CFL history too. The fact that he can achieve 1000/1000 this season, at 30, is incredible. I think people forget that Harris had a phenomenal career in BC before getting here.

We can't just rely on the other team playing terrible offence against us each week. Our defence is just lucky, don't you know?

CJ Gable has been hot garbage all year. He can follow Chick to the Esks but you're still going to get the same result. Except now, you have a pylon 'protecting' Reilly.

If we can secure it this week, that gives the club over a month to sell tickets to the playoff game (WSF or WF). That's great for the team's bottom line. First time the Bombers will play a playoff game at IGF. Only way we don't win Friday if we fail to show up and the TiCats get some lucky bounces. We're better at everything.

Under Siege? I love Die Hard but hate all the sequels. Never saw the need for them. Die Hard is glorious and part of my holiday traditions. The sequels just repeat everything.

I like standing for kickoffs. Everyone in my section stands. It's a mix of people shouting first down. I don't see why it's a problem. True North chant is terrible and worse at Bombers games.

Same as any press release. The team is always going to know first. Tait works for the team. Instead of doing actually journalism, like Hamilton or Bauming would do, Wiecek decides to whine about the timing. It's like whining that the guys on radio get to report things first because the print doesn't come out until the next day.

Thing is, Tait would written a similar article if he were still at the Freep, in probably the same timeframe, and Wiecek would have written a different whiny, butt-hurt article attacking someone else. Only difference is Tait publishes on the BlueBombers.com now.

He was on the PR, so maybe another team came to sign him? Bombers probably couldn't fit him in, so they let him go.
