Before last night, the Jets hadn't let in 5-on-5 goal in a few games.
Fix the long standing issues, like discipline and 'special teams', and I think you'll see a lot more wins.
Everyone has him as the consensus number one pick.
Craig Button- All the capabilities to be the No. 1 centre teams can build around.
Sounds pretty good. I don't care where he's from.
Patrick's ceiling is 2nd line centre? No. It's top line, elite centre.
I've never heard anyone say that his ceiling is second line centre. Where are you hearing/reading this?
Absolutely. He has not been medically cleared to play.
I still think he goes number one but whoever drafts first will have to be comfortable with his injury history and risk.
Yes. But unless you follow the CHL, NCAA, or European teams, most of these players will be new to you anyhow. Granted there is no superstar 16 year old prodigy but there are some good returning players.
I mean, how much did we know about that young Finn who's lighting up the NHL this season before the 2016 WJHC started?
True enough. But why stop handing it to Harris in the second half? Nicholls is effective when the attack is balanced. Stop handing it to Harris and the defence can sit back.
What's the story with Mekale McKay, the neg list player we got from Hamilton for Adams? I can't seem to find recent info on him.
EDIT: I think he's with the Jags, via his Twitter account and NFL.com.
I'm keeping Trouba over Landeskog.
Equally talented but there's more value in a top pairing d, that's still an RFA after his current deal expires.
I still think the Jets can get a young, raw, LHD and a top pick for Trouba. That's what I would like to see.
