But for arguments sake...
This is exactly the way Willy looked most of the games last year before the season ending injury. He was holding the ball, inaccurate down field, and throwing short of first downs.
I was hoping to pick up my jersey before the game day; however, I can't get out there before 6 tonight.
Does anyone know what time do they close the parking lot down prior to game time? I hope that I can get out to the stadium tomorrow, later in afternoon but need to get close to the stadium store.
It would be even better if the Jets had already decided they wanted Puljujarvi! Anything on top of the 2nd overall for the 3rd would be a good deal.
How about 3rd overall and CBJs 1st rounder next year for the 2nd pick? Since we're throwing around ideas.
Another reason I have a preference for Laine... his attitude. He's going to spend the rest of his career trying to prove that he should have been number one overall pick. There seems to be a fire there.
If the Jets had number one, Matthews all the way.
I don't think you can say that Puljujarvi is better all around player. He may play a 200 foot game but most scouts put Laine ahead. It's close, I'm sure.
Also, pointing out knee injury concerns when Puljujarvi just had knee surgery?
I wouldn't riot, I wouldn't care. I'm sure whoever the Jets pick, they'll have their reasons. But I like Laine's shot and his physical game.
Not to worry, he'll bring his A-game on Friday. The whole team will bring 110%. They're learning the systems, they're putting in hours. They really like what Coach has in the playbook. They're looking to feed off the energy of loudest crowd in the CFL.

I'm unclear how the neg list works for released players.
Is he automatically on our neg list because we drafted him, so when he leaves Western (assuming he's going back), we can try to sign or trade him?
