They nearly killed a 30 year old mobile QB last season and know theyre going to sign a 37 year old statue?? My guess is around week 6 the Riders will have a wrongful death lawsuit on their hands courtesy of the Harris family....

Agreed. Sayles has always been a big meh for me. Would much rather have a behemoth in the middle that eats up blockers. There were just so many bone-headed, piss-poor plays in that game. So many guys had their worst game of the season that day. We truly handed that game to the Argos. Makes it even harder to swallow.

Trevor Harris apparently headed to free agency. Wonder if the gappers take a swing..........and a miss.

My guess is Couture is gone and the Bombers know it, which is likely why Eli was brought back.

So who becomes our C if Couture leaves?

Agreed. Nearly 300K per season for a guard is pretty crazy.

Wont miss a beat with the guys we currently have. Now go spend that money on Lawler or Lewis!

Thata alot of cheddar. Cant blame him.

Geno Lewis would be a wonderful edition to the Big Blue if Schoen leaves and/or Lawler signs somewhere else.

Probably had to go higher than they wanted to. If he made it to FA i imagine Sask would have been offering more $$$ plus incentives, like an endless supply of sheep to bang.

Agree. I love Biggie but last year he looked slow and missed a ton of tackles. He's on the wrong side of 30 and aint getting any quicker. I was pretty shocked when they brought him back for 2 more years. Was hoping for a Sankey signing.

For a guy with mental health issues this seems like the worst possible landing spot.

Dave Campbell tweeting that Lawler moved to Edmonton in the offseason with his family and is coaching a football clinic there. Interesting. Maybe he does re-sign there.....

Meh, i'd put O'Day just outside the top 10.....

Too bad they dont have one.

Who's on first?

God i hope Lawler comes back. The thought makes my loins tingle. Kinda funny his entire instagram is him in Bomber gear. Not a single Elks pic lol. He's the best receiver in the league, period.

Yeah dont know what happened with this guy. I think maybe there was something behind the scenes we dont know about cause on the field he seemed to be doing great.

Ill never understand why they dont make bus shelters out of plexiglass. I know the cost would be higher but they would surely pay for themselves when you factor in vandalism?? $700K over a year and a half is insane.

So they think it might be a good thing that no coaches with success, experience, mouth full of teeth, personal grooming supplies, wants to be a part of their team??
