I saw a tweet yesterday where the guy said (I believe a member of the Rider media) that he expects O'Day will survive. He's close with several Rider board members. Apparently, he only hired Dickenson & therefore "deserves" to hire & even fire the next one. If you can believe that.

O'Day will survive & hire LaPo. An abysmal failure in Ottawa. Nothing will change.

Just a perfect scenario for some sucker to spend $7-8 BILLION Canadian just to get an NFL expansion franchise & build a new 75000 seat stadium. As well as offices, workout & training facilities for Toronto. Oh, then pay all the players in US funds.... And the NFL doesn't want MLSE to own the team. They only allow individual owners. Good luck, Toronto NFL freaks. can you imagine ticket prices in canadian funds. It would be unaffordable for the average fan. I'd bet a lot of Bills fans in Southern Ontario would just keep their season tickets & continue to go to games in Buffalo.

Maybe we don't even bother to show up at all. Send the manitoba Bisons instead. It would be a good practice for them playing the Stamps.

dave naylor has Buffalo Bills season tickets. Either way, he has a team to cheer for. We poor prairie folks are kinds isolated. Not happy to see 11,000 again for attendance. We lost the other Jets when attendance consistently hit that mark.

I wanted 2 shots in the same arm. That may or may not have been a good decision. I got my shots 2 days ago but my right arm was extremely sore yesterday. Today, all fine. No soreness or feeling sick. Good to go.

Yeah, I was able to walk into my Shoppers Drug Mart without an appointment & got both my flu & Covid shot at the same time yesterday.

We lost to the Riders, Ti Cats & the RedBlacks all with rookie qbs. Yet, let's keep thinking the Elks have no chance. They do. We have to play hard the next 2 games to make sure we wrap up first place & have the WDF played at IG Field. Nothing is a guarantee.

I know Bob Dyce is popular here because he coached junior football blah, blah, blah in Winnipeg.... Nice guy apparently but I don't care. This isn't the St. Vital Mustangs or Winnipeg Rifles. The guy is a horrible CFL Head Coach. His level of competency seems to be STC & that's where he should be & stay from here on in, Like Mark Killam in Calgary with the Stamps. Just works special teams & let someone else who knows what they're doing be a Head Coach. I see no difference in the incompetency between Craig Dickenson & Bob Dyce. Ywet Dickenson is villified here because he coaches the Riders. Dyce not so much & gets a pass. Ask any fan in Ottawa if they want Dyce back, You'll get your answer. NO!!

If people get lost in the bush or are in emergency life threatening situations then I have no problem with this. Besides, if you really don't want to be connected then leave your devices at home. Back in the mid 60's, I remember as a kid my Dad, Uncle & I were fishing on the Winnipeg River about 30 miles past Pointe Du Bois. We hit a rock that sheared the bottom of our outboard motor off. We got to shore & then waited & waited until finally a boat came by, saw us waving frantically & towed us back to the dock. We were onshore for hours waiting. It wouldn't have been pleasant spending the night on shore as we weren't prepared for it. I'm not very familiar with this technology so I don't know much about it. Sounds like we could have called out for help today. Is that right?

Rider fans are revolting. They're demanding changes. That shiny bright new stadium will look as empty as McMahon if the 3 stooges running the team aren't gone. I see one in Dickenson & maybe two gone including O'Day. Craig Reynolds will suck up to the BOD & keep his job as President.

Dickenson is done. He knows it so he'll really run things like a clown show for their last week together.

Since free agency is still 4 months away it's fun to speculate. If I was Mauldin, I'd want to get as far away from that rotten organization as I could. Actually go to a team like the Bombers that has something to play for every week.

This team has to start winning.
