Polls say a majority of Canadians want an inquiry. Not to score political points but to find out just how deep Chinese influence has gone into the federal government. Canadians value their democracy. Trudeau by putting up roadblocks to stop this inquiry will hurt his popularity even more. As I said, this isn't going away. We'll see if the NDP's Jagmeet Singh has the cajones to stop propping up the Liberals as he called for an inquiry as well. Somehow, I doubt that he will.

It's not false news from the media. It's the way players train in the off season. Some, if not all are going crazy with their workouts. They overtrain. They injure themselves while they train. The problem is, players don't come to training camp in football shape. They may have 3% body fat & look like Adonis but they're so tight that they get injured running around with no equipment or hitting. That's the problem. In Calgary, the number of media covering the Stamps are like 4. They don't always come to practice, either. The only one who actually loves the Stamps is pbp Mark Stephens. Being the voice of the Stamps is his dream job. Been doing it for over 25 years. He's the only one who talks Stamps everyday even in the off season with hisn podcast. He reminds me of Bob Irving. He attends every practice.

My friend is a big Stamps fan. His father played for Calgary back in the 60's. He was going to practice last week & he sent me pictures. There were never more than 10 or 12 fans there at the prctices each time & just a couple of media. The entire stadium was deserted in the stands. it's never been this bad with apathy. He said that one of the Stampeder alumni told him that the team has less than 6,000 season tickets.
