  1. Life goes on. Restrictions are (probably) over. As we see, society is just getting on with it.
  2. I was going to say the noose is tightening in Saskatchewan but there'll be no firings.
  3. Evans sure looks like a bust as a starting qb. For every big play he makes he has 2 bad ones.
  4. Not arguing either but short yardage is all he has to show for as a "veteran" qb.
  5. I think it was.
  6. He can't complete a pass over 5 yards. All he can do is short yardage. He really is a crap qb. Sixth or 7th year in the CFL & still can't read a defense. Dom "Cement Head" Davis. What other 30 year old plus qb is doing short yardage??
  7. I have a thread started on the Stamps-Ti cats game. I shouldn't have posted here.
  8. Hamilton kicker Seth Small with a big wind assisted 57 yard FG to give the Cats a 24-15 lead in the 3rd quarter. Simoni Lawrence. If he can't hurt opposing players then start taking out his own. Anyone think Jovon Santos-Knox is overrated?
  9. Ti Cat receivers just suck. Hamilton kicker Seth Small with a BIG wind assisted field goal of 57 yards. Oops wrong thread.
  10. We went out for dinner & came back to see the Cats are ahead of the Stamps 21-10. Didn't see a game day thread so I figured I'd start one. Second half underway. Another greta crowd in Calgary. The Philpott brothers. Lots of talent with them but always getting injured. I wonder about their endurance & toughness.
  11. Massivbe chip? he's lucky to still be in the league. There are a 500 qbs in the US who can do what he does.
  12. Of course the guy here claiming we have big egos has the biggest ego of all. Looks like his big ego shrank his brain.
  13. My son & his wife live in Edgewood, Wa. Ottawa offense playing better because no LaPo.
  14. Nick Arbuckle & Trey Hornbuckle. Or is it Trey Arbuckle & Nick Hornbuckle. Wait, what???? Lol.
  15. LaPo was never a qb. He was a D3 receiver. He doesn't look at the defense the way a qb does. Jacques Chapdelaine was a receiver as well. Both offenses are set up differently & aren't qb friendly. My son played qb for Chap at SFU. It was his CFL offense that he modified for 4 down football. The qbs all had difficulties picking it up. The terminology & plays are different. Both Chap & LaPo didn't have a lot of success calling the plays in the CFL either.
  16. Will Arndt calling the plays. Young coach, good for him.
  17. The RedBlacks do look like a different team under Bob Dyce. Who is calling the plays?
  18. Yeah. That's right. And to thank Parcells who rescued Belichek's career after his firing in Cleveland Belichek screwed him over with the NY Jets HC job. I just want LaPo to stay the **** away from the Bombers.
  19. Forde keeps making excuses for these guys. Yeah, yeah, the game is fast. We know that. Forde's a dinosaur. Get with the new rules, Dwayne. I don't know. I don't recall. Mike Holmgren sure did.
  20. Looks like a decent crowd in Ottawa tonite.
  21. Every coach has an influencer or mentor who helped them. I'd love to know who Bill Belichek's mentor was.
  22. I'm watching this game on ESPN in Seattle. No Canadian commercials. All American. And they're all different. How refreshing.
  23. Yeah, I had reconstructive surgery on both my feet in 2012 & 2015 due to severe arthritis. I had hardware in both feet. My left foot still has hardware but they were taken out from my right foot after 9 months. My feet may have been fixed surgically but they were never the same. I have no more pain but I have to use a cane to walk because my feet don't work properly as bones have been fused. I have balance issues. I'm 67 & my athletic days are long gone but if I had these surgeries at age 27, I'd have been devastated.
  24. Never really watched the show but okay.
