He would have helped immensely. bailey was cut in a salary cap move where Dinwiddie felt a Canadian receiver who was cheaper & could play his position. he was the Argos ;eading receiver when he was let go.

I got the impression that the Bomber braintrust was pretty stubborn in their ways, surprise, surprise (Walters & Osh). They would never admit they needed Bailey after they cut him even if they did.

The Stamps organizations have no facilities or equipment for their players. It's a damned embarassment for a city of 1.6 million. Why anyone would want to play here is beyond me. During training camp in May when smoke from forest fires were causing issues with safe air quality, the Stamps had no indoor facility to shift practice to. They had no choice but to cancel practices. Multi billionaire owner Edwards won't build an indoor practice facility for his team unless the City pays. Multi billionaire owner Murray Edwards could buy a tract of land & build a stadium if he wanted but City has to pay. He said no.

If we lost Buck I can say it's a safe bet that he won't come here. He'll follow Campbell to Edmonton. Why would he? We have an old & fading Collaros who seems to shut down in Grey Cups. Our most experienced backup in Streveler is currently injured & can't throw a pass over 5 yards with any accuracy. He could never flourish in a Maksymic offense. It looks like Bombers have no plans to bring in any of the free agent qbs that will be available in February. so it'll be status quo. Maksymic has Tre Ford in Edmonton if they sign him, MBT or Adams should they decide to sign him. Edmonton may be on the rise & we are getting old.

I kept waiting for our experiened recivers to really step up once Schoen & Lawler were out this year & it never happened. i was dumbfounded with the lack of production throwing the ball the first half of the year. Lawler once he came back had a couple of great games but never dominated, I'm thinking his arm isn't at 100% yet. Wolitarsky is the forgotten man at the best of times. Then he got hurt. Demski had a very quiet thousand yard season. It was like he was on cruise control. He got a thousand yards but really didn't do much. It was exciting to watch the development of Onterria Wilson into a thousand yard receiver but he wasn't dominant either. He has another year to go on his rookie deal. Let's hope next season he can blossom. The injury situation really had an impact on Collaros' numbers. It didn't help that we played a useless receiver in Josh Johnson for most of the season.

Sheahan 3 steps while most punters use two. As he 3 steps he also adjusts his body to sidewind it. That all takes valuable time as there's a lot of wasted motion. I don't know what exactly they want from Sheajhan. Ball placement? Distance? Hang time? Ability to flip the field? He gives us none of that. Worst punter in the CFL. There are far better ones out there. Just have to find one which shouldn't be too difficult.
