Giving him a little more room running up the middle, I'd say.

So true.

ITEAM. As in "I's the Team".

Guys, all I see on his deep throws are mostly misses. He can't complete them like other starting qbs can. His accuracy isn't there on a lot of throws whether short, intermediate or deep. When Streveler throws his body seems tight & not relaxed like other qbs. When he does get the deep ball to a receiver they invariably can't make the catch. We play guys who shouldn't play or are coaches favourites. Bailey & Peterman should have been starting all season yet they languished on the bench. Wolitarsky goes entire games without being used. This offense is so damned frustrating to watch & is so badly coached. The way we use our personnel just sucks.

In my riding there are no Liberal, NDP or Green signs. I have no idea who the candidates of these parties are or what their platforms are other than what I read & hear in the national media. No political pamphlets or info. My attitude? **** them. If they won't work to get any votes than I'll vote Conservative as my MP is the incumbent.

The best thing that ever happened to Singh was black face.
-
I see Chris Streveler with the same upside as Ken Hobart. Everybody kept waiting for Hobart to grow as a passer but it never happened but he was a beast as a running qb. Big, tough & physical. Never amounted to much other than being a career back up for the Ti Cats because he couldn't throw.

We can call it the Rainbow Coalition as no doubt Singh will have a turban with every colour in the rainbow. And he'll surprise us with a new one everyday.
-
In a coalition government, Singh would be Deputy Prime Minister as well as Minister Of All Good Things handing out everything from free dental care to writing off student loans. All the while killing billions of dollars in O & G revenues the government used to have. Be prepared to give up 75% of your paycheque to taxes to fund all the goodies.

Rider fans complaining about our attendance on Saturday
SpeedFlex27 replied to Joe Rockhead's topic in Blue Bomber Discussion
Roy Shivers started it in 2000. He trashed a lot of teams including the Bombers when he was a GM. It's just continued from there. Lot of talk from fans. Rider fans were at their repugnant worst when Shivers was there. Then it continued under Chamblin. -
If anything, this will motivate Conservative voters to get out & cast a ballot on election day. I don't see the NDP or Singh as a legit government & leader any more than any other third place party that is desperate enough to do anything for power.

See CFL Headlines's other Tweets Yeah, he'll help alright.

My wife & I flying to Seattle this evening to see my son & daughter in law. Does that count as therapy as well?

Hear! Hear!!

Never ever said Osh was a great coach as he has never won multiple Grey Cups. Nichols has never won multiple Grey Cups either so he's not a great qb. Thanks for dropping by though.

Five years.

To trade a warm body &/or a draft pick for Colaros would be an insanely stupid move for all the obvious reasons. He may only last a single play like he did this season with the Riders. The risk is too high.

That's Retired Old Man Who Can't Drive Rule #1. See Handbook.

As I stated earlier on another thread, see Ray Jauch.

Hugh Campbell had Tom Wilkinson & Warren Moon playing for him & won 5 Grey Cups. Bud Grant had Ken Ploen. Frank Clair had Russ Jackson. Eagle Keys had Ron Lancaster. Great coaches had great players. Would Frank Clair have won 3 Grey Cups with Gary Wood? Eagle Keys never won in BC with Don Moorehead. Bud Grant never would have won with John Schneider. Hugh campbell never would have won with Don Trull or Corey Colehour. Winning championships go hand in hand with HOF qbs. All those coaches had multiple Hall Of Famers playing at other positions as well. Otherwise they never would have won.

Other than the fans here who don't want Mike to go, I think the majority of the Bomber fanbase won't be unhappy if he leaves. I think if O'Shea is given a new contract if we lose out in the playoffs there'll be a lot of season ticketholders who won't renew.

I plan to buy a fedora. I'll wear it when I drive going 15 kph under the speed limit. Or when I do my 2 block long lane changes. Yep, when I retire I'll finally have the time to triple my post count here. 😉

Doesn't sound like a troll to me. Just a fan asking a question. Anyway, to specifically answer Old Bomber Fan's question, I think Mike O'Shea would say that Streveler gave them the best chance to win. Just like he would say the same thing if Nichols was playing... that Matt would give them the best chance to win. That in O'Shea's mind the game was not over. To admit that by playing MacGuire would mean admitting defeat. That's why a qb switch was never made. Yeah, yeah, I know...

Turns out if he gets an NFL shot, it won't be at qb.
