  1. No CFL contract is guaranteed so if the Lions want salary cap relief & to start from scratch next season that might be what I'd do. A total rebuild. They're stuck this season but I can see a lot of overpriced veterans getting their walking papers in the off season.
  2. Imagine playing next to Foucault instead f Hardrick??? That is one shitty right tackle. OMFG.
  3. As he counts his money seeing his bank account rise after every game.
  4. I think he'll stay retired. Even he wouldn't want to touch The Architect's work.
  5. The Architect: Ed Hervey
  6. Hervey is the architect. HE should be fired. He has no business calling anyone out since he mismanaged the cap s badly.
  7. Saw Foucault in that fight. Amazed he actually was fighting because he was being pushed all over the field all game long. He has to be the worst starting right tackle in the CFL. He gets his ass whipped every game. Gotta wonder WTH Hervey has built mismanaging the cap for the Lions. Over a million on Reilly & Chungh & no room to add players. Durant, another big off season signing has disappeared the way he did with the Stamps. Spent majorly on O free agency with no room to rebuild the D. Clueless Claybrooks in way over his head with his qb telling him when he'll play. And when he won't. This mess is on Hervey & he should be fired.
  8. That video is damned annoying.
  9. Nah, Tracker means this:
  10. Ticket & concession prices. No local blackouts.
  11. He did that in Saskatchewan. Going back to his days in Saskatchewan, he's lost 13 straight.
  12. At some point he came back & he was about to be fired. The story said that when he came back from sick leave that his CFL responsibilities were taken away & he was spending less & less time on the NFL as time went on. He could see the writing on the wall which is why he approached MLSE. Working for MLSE may mean further career opportunities for Schultz in the future. Perhaps management?
  13. Neither can bad teams.
  14. So, after showing an empty chair on set for a year & a half like they were keeping the home fires burning for Schultz, TSN just fired him. I read a story on Argos website where he knew his time was coming to an end on TSN. Before his demise, Schultz approached MLSE to see if they were looking for an Argos radio broadcast analyst & it turned out they were. Jeff Johnson was leaving. Like, go figure TSN.
  15. Yeah, he'll have a long career with the Argos for sure.
  16. More like desperate.
  17. Horrible, terrible crowd.
  18. WTH would the Stamps OL be fist pumping after the Calgary Center Lawrence had a holding penalty? Especially since their line has played like **** all year. And Arbuckle threw a pick. Just buckle up your chinstrap & make up for the hold.
  19. Oh, Cleon Laing hurt. Too damned bad. One of the dirtiest players in the game.
  20. I don't think he's that bad. It's the system he plays in.
  21. Better than a packed transit bus that stops every block.
  22. What people who ***** & complain about how far they have to come now to a game at IG Field than at Canad Inns forget is how far others had to come to watch a game at Polo Park for nearly 60 years. And WE didn't whine, *****, complain about it or stay home. I grew up in Riverview & it was an hour by car with traffic & 90 minutes by bus. It was what it was & we just sucked it up & went to the games.
  23. Have you seen the attendance in Calgary tonight? I doubt if 15,000 are in the seats tonight. McMahon Stadium has C Train & bus service right to it. One of the easiest places in the city to get to. And a shitty crowd.
  24. How James F ranklin was the starter over MBT is beyond me. He is head & shoulders better than Franklin. The Argos may not win with MBT but they may not win if Tom Brady was their qb.
