I'll always hate the Riders more than Esks but I won't miss that swagger they USED TO HAVE with the deep ball. I was getting tired of the deep Edmon-CHUCK downfield by Reilly. With the injuries to their receiving corps & craptacular OL that didn't give Reilly any time to sit in the pocket & throw deep the Maas offense was neutered. That was a big reason why they are 8-9 & going nowhere. They really didn't have a spread the ball around the field kind of offense we have. It was always about the quick strike vertical game. Once that was taken away they just couldn't move the ball consistently.

Cuthbert just goes along with what Suitor says. Suitor talks ish to make it more dramatic but he really should just shut up. Then he always disagrees with the call.

The refs kept telling Dickenson that Rodgers didn't have control & there wasn't enough video evidence to overturn it. As far as the talking heads at TSN< they really don't. Suitor just mumbles while rambling on saying that he disagrees with the CC's decision which he always does.

Funny, I looked at it & said to my wife he didn't survive contact.

Nichols best game of the year Dressler was a danger all game. And he hit 7000 yards receiving Bighill is a beast. Number 1 priority is to get him signed long term HM: Jovon Santos Knox another great game. Sayles was a difference maker Adams with a BIG game & a 50 yard touchdown. Went over a thousand yards receiving tonite.

I heard that which is why he doesn't have the same respect fans have for Mike Reilly. I don't know if that was a compliment or insult. Well, we won so who cares?

Stamps radio crew adamant Rodgers did have control & survived contact. even though he didn't have control according to the officials who kept yelling that at Dickenson. The radio crew is being biased as they would have heard the official yelling as the host was back in Calgary watching on television.. The host kept saying the only way the call would be upheld is if the officials didn't think Rodgers had control of the ball knowing darn well that is what the officials were saying to Dave Dickenson. He was trying to look like a football expert by saying that & not being forthcoming. The radio crew in Winnipeg wouldn't have known what the officials were saying that so they kept saying he had control. The host Jock Wilson is one of those sports on air smart ass commentators. Didn't surprise me he'd say that & not tell the football announcers at IGF what was being said.

No, the little dance standing on the bench. He'll say Nichols should stop hotdogging as he missed 2 deep passes to open receivers while Streveler deserved it for getting all those first down yardage.

The way he's played this year, I don't really see that as a big loss. Hecht is a veteran who may have more range as a safety.

Or they find a way to play 10 years as a backup to the starter & go on the CFL tour from team to team never showing much of anything when they get the chance. Like Dom Davis. Or Kevin Glenn. Every fan wonders why these backups still around. But they have that "Veteran Presence", says every CFL head coach ever.

I hope the Bomber players are as tired as the fans are of being the Stamps little whipping boys every time we play them. There should be a lot of motivation to win tonight for at least 4 reasons. 1. To put even more doubt in the heads of the Stamps that they won't even get to the Grey Cup this season. 2. If we have to go back to Calgary for a playoff game then we can beat them in their stadium. 3. We clinch a playoff spot. 4. A big EFF YOU to the Eskimos as we eliminate them from the playoffs. JUST GET 'ER DONE!!
