It is just brutal football. The level of compete isn't where it should be at the qb position. Watching Christian Hackenburg crapping the bed for Memphis sure was fun. He's the AAF's star qb as well.

The CFLPA are run by Canadian offensive linemen who as a group are higher paid than most other positions as rookies. Only the lower draft picks play for minimum. They could care less about the entry level as most Canadian OL will be paid above that. They have basically taken over running the Association. That is why the money goes to the vets & not the rooks. And it's hurting the CFL.

Game 59 : Big Joe Mufferaw
They will make the playoffs but I wouldn't call them a contender if they keep playing like this.

The poor quality of play in vast empty stadiums. I can't see a lot of fans looking forward to watching. Be interesting to know the ratings after week 2.

Bomber News: 2019 Off Season
Gott is getting old. JSJ seems like a soft player. Certainly not worth the hype when he sat out.

Poop Johnson made it onto The Late Show With Stephen Colbert last night... Pretty funny stuff.

Around the League: 2019 Off Season
As the season went on Hughes disappeared. That whole DL last year was all about stats & personal bests. I got the impression that winning wasn't important to them as long as they got their sacks. I hope Jefferson checks his ego in the locker room when he plays here next year.

Bomber News: 2019 Off Season
Desjardins was a failure as a GM in Hamilton. When he went to Ottawa we all expected him to fail there as well. But he exceeded expectations for 5 seasons until now when he started dicking around Harris over his signing bonus. He could have signed him for $475,000. That sounds like something the Hamilton Desjardins would have done.

They didn't sign Arceneaux to be used sparingly.

Free Agent Frenzy
That's the wildcard with that signing. Can Manny's knee stand up to the pounding game in & game out?
-
Free Agent Frenzy
Well from looking outside, I'd say no.

Bomber News: 2019 Off Season
No. Walker would have worked with Nichols. Walker would not have worked with the Bomber accountants.

That could mean anything.

Free Agent Frenzy
Well, it's like a run first offense with Harris. But if a guy like DeVier Posey thinks going to Montreal & that **** show offense is best for his career then more power to him.
-
Free Agent Frenzy
If Manny's knee is okay then he'd be a great addition to our offense.

Free Agent Frenzy
Harris convinced him to go to Edmonton. That's something Walters can't control.

Wrestling
Pretty serious thing he did. You know the inside of the business more than I do but I can see Vince & Hunter coming down hard on him. And was Naomi drinking?
-
Free Agent Frenzy
He probably wouldn't take that so why say it? That's like saying Sidney Crosby is seriously on the Jets radar but only if he signs for a million. Wouldn't happen.

I lived in Thompson for a little over a year in 1989-90. I was an Independent Adjuster for Kernaghan Adjusters. I handled claims all over Northern Manitoba based out of Thompson. Went fishing a couple of times on Paint Lake. I remember there used to be a really nice restaurant close to the dock on the lake but can't remember its name.

End of the line for the Uso's? This isn't the first time something like this has happened. He's lucky he wasn't shot
