Living here in Calgary I see how the Flames who own the Stamps treat them. Other than paying the bills on time there is nothing much else except a lot of Presidents & Vice Presidents. No advertising. No promotion. They severely curtailed tailgating when they first bought the team which had organically become a big thing in the parking lots around McMahon. they complained & then sicced the cops on innocent people minding their own business having a good time & bothering no one. The cops made them dump their drinks & wrote tickets if they thought it contained alcohol or telling tailgaters to move along so the Flames could get more money inside the stadium selling their overpriced concessions. They have no interest in helping the Stamps get a new building. All they care is a new barn for the Flames.

Absolutely agree. It was not Nichols fault AT ALL for the 2 playoff losses. The offense got no help from either ST's or defense in those games. What more could he have done??? Maybe if he threw for a thousand yards & 12 touchdowns in 2 games he'd get respect from Skunk. Slacker.

It doesn't help with accuracy when his fundamentals are lacking compared to other starting qbs. He throws the ball differently than Reilly, Nicholls, Mitchell et al. I always thought he was overrated & it showed last night.

We were in the qb wilderness for a decade or more. Nichols comes in & we've been winning ever since. Yet to some fans like Northern Skunk it just isn't good enough. Which shows that the level of their understanding for the Bombers is lacking. Blaming Nichols saying we could do better with another qb is absolutely mind boggling. Our defense was the problem & may still be when we start playing western teams again. I'm being nice here because I don't want Northern Skunk to think I'm rude. But he's still clueless. We'd be a 1-6 or 2-5 team without Nichols. I'm glad he's on our side. And I ask again Northern Skunk, who out there as a backup qb & available would be better??? Can't have Ray, Manziel, Harris, Reilly, Masoli, Lulay or Mitchell. They play for other teams. So who?
