No thanks. My son has moved to the US. His wedding is in 2 weeks. His fiancee's family are wonderful people. No way I'm boycotting so as not to see my son or his bride from here on out.

I've been here a long time. Everyone who knows me here also knows that I don't start many threads but I do when I think they are relevant. I pick & choose the time to do it. Not to get attention like you.- Will Streveler Be Our James Franklin?

Quite the "sellout" in Toronto.- 2018 Als Making 2013 Bombers Look Competent: Awful QB Management
The sad thing was we all thought (at the time) that Tim Burke replacing LaPo as HC of the Bombers in 2012 was a positive move as we thought that he would instill a little fear into the players by being more of a hard ass than Lapo was. That he'd also instill some much needed team discipline which was lacking under LaPo as well. The total opposite happened. If anything, the team got worse & not better under Burke. Often times, he had no answer as to how to fix the team when asked after loss after blown out loss. He made a name as a Defensive Coordinator in the CFL but couldn't make the successful jump to Head Coach which seems to happen a lot. It was obvious from that 52-0 blowout in Saskatchewan on Labour Day Sunday in his first game as HC on that he wasn't the answer going forward. Mercifully, Wade Miller fired him as soon as the 2013 season ended. That really affected Burke who went to the Argos as DC but eventually quit. I have no idea where Tim Burke is now or if he is retired from football or not.- 3 stars plus HH sacre bleu edition!
Seeing Muama laughing late in the 4th quarter acting like he was 46 points ahead when he was really 46 points behind. Priceless.- Bombers' Redemption Day - Game Day Thread: Alouettes

I like our Front 7. The back end of our D is a little worrisome as we get beat for some crushing gains. Is that personnel or schemes?- A Long Term Team
This topic is a good one & relevant. Nice job. (Just thought you should know).- A Long Term Team
Just curious but would you give Reed & Sherman another season if they go 1-17 & 4,000 people show up for games? There has to be some kind of hope for fans as well. Firings do that. Sometimes they are justified when incompetence is clearly showing as it was here in 2013.- Weston Dressler - Is he stil relevant?
But they kill Dressler. My point is the play is fine just that they should use someone else. - Around the League: 2018 Season
