Here's the logo on the side of the helmet during the 1980 season. Joe Barnes is the qb pictured. The Als wore that logo, colours & uniform from 1974-80. In 1974 it was on the back of their helmets. It was moved to the front in 75 & finally to the traditional sides of the helmet in 1976. Or something like that.... Have they gone back to that logo & colours? Or just someone playing on the internet with CFL logos & looks for hockey uniforms?

That's their logos from the 70's when Marv Levy was head coach. They won the 77 Grey Cup & they had that logo.

He has no worries from ownership. No sense of urgency to do anything. We're supposed to be glad we got a team back good or bad.

This isn't a face or heel thing. I don't think the WWE fans like her as a character as she's totally one dimensional. if they weren't booing her the fans seem disinterested in Jax. Whenever she pulls off a power move they boo whereas with the men people cheer face or heel. Compare her to what Braun Strowman did with the Big Show last night. He showed agility for a huge man & people cheered.

That'll really hurt that site after they come back if they have to completely start over from scratch. There may be a ton of members who may never re-register.

AFAIK, the RedBlacks have nothing like we have here. The Als is French. They also have an English version but when I checked it in the past, it wasn't very active. Not that the French one is very active either.

They went with an unproven rookie & had no one behind him (other than Pavelic) as they found out Hutchinson was brutal. He had a decent stretch in the last few games of the year but hopefully he's not back next season. Debatable about Pavlec's real worth as a veteran. Chevy gambled & lost. He better fix the goaltending situation over the summer. Oh, forgot. It doesn't matter if he fixes it or not as he has a #jobforlife.

Just watching the last few minutes of the Ducks-Flames game last night when Anaheim was 2 men short, first with a 5 on 3 & then on a 6 on 4... We never had goaltending like that all year. That's on our GM for that. Our goaltending sucks.

It could happen. Especially the CFL's penchant to not having competition for the rights. Or letting TSN not distribute some games to other networks. The games should be on CTV or CBC as TSN is a cable network. But the CFL burned its bridges with CTV years ago... Although Bell Media are the owners now.

In this TV deal but what about the next? With falling ratings maybe the future rightsholder whoever that is decides not to televise all the games.

That will be difficult. The person following will have huge shoes to fill.

Jets? The Flames are playing the Ducks not the Jets.

if you think they hibernate now on CJOB then they'd be buried with Jets coverage on 1290 TSN. What do you think would happen if the Jets & Bombers had games simultaneously? The Bombers would be relegated to a feed on their their webpage. Being on CJOB is still better than sharing 1290 TSN with the Jets.

I just shake my head when it comes to the Flames in Anaheim. They haven't won there since 2004. Have gone 27 regular season games since a win. Flames fans will point out that they have won a game there since 2004. A playoff game in 2006 but they lost the series that year. So in essence, the Flames are 1-27. Like that makes a difference. This goes beyond bad luck. The Flames are soft. Don't have the on ice leadership, character or heart to say enough is enough & put an end to it. Last night they lost because they were undisciplined. No surprise they lost. Survey says Anaheim in 4. LOL! BTW, I hate Anaheim but the Flames are pathetic.

I read it gained about 2/3 back & is actually higher than it was than a year ago. The thing is, if people are upset with United but can get a deal on tickets will they still remain angry or will money talk & they fly that airline again? I think United is counting on the fact that savings will usurp anger.

It'll cost the CEO his job as he was so busy backtracking like a guy slipping on ice not going anywhere.

These airline companies don't care about their customers. Hope that passenger nails United with a multi million dollar lawsuit & wins. Teach these airlines a message.
