Not convinced Masoli is a viable long term starting qb in this league. If he was to sign in Montreal I doubt if they'd win more games than they did this season with him as the starter. Medlock wasn't Mr Automatic so our O had to be more efficient & they were compared to 2016. Our O won more games than our D did in 2017. We outscored other teams more often than our D stopped them.

I used to know Migs on a different forum & from that I know that he has a huge inferiority complex when it comes to the Province of Saskatchewan, City of Regina & his Riders. It's actually quite pathetic. Migs used to claim that Rider Nation was bigger than Cowboys Nation or Raider Nation. Not only does Migs feel inferior, he's delusional.

If our offense falters, we'll be in big trouble next year. Our offense wins games. Seldom does our defense with Ritchie Hall calling the schemes.

Then O'Shea will go down for this decision if his defense sucks again in 2018. The bar's been raised. No longer is it okay just to make the playoffs & lose. Expectations are that we should win a Grey Cup. If our defense gives up large chunks of real estate against both the pass & run next year, if Hurl is a starter again & we lose in the playoffs there'll be a good chance our HC will be gone. If there's one thing Hall has shown with his defense is that it's consistent on a yearly basis. Consistently putrid. It's what is dragging theBombers down & the reason other teams will have passed us next season.
