What concerns me is on a long drive when Harris has carried the ball 3-4 times and pulls off a big run and has to come out or gets nicked up and has to sit out a play of two, I hope Normand can come in and be a viable running threat rather than just automatically assume the Bombers will pass or not have to worry about the threat of Normand running.

Pretty much exactly what i expected, First guy was a guy to come in to instantly fill a hole, second pick was a bit of a future but i think Walters knows a little more than we do. Forde had Spooner ranked at the top of the board, that'll give us depth sooner rather than later. Can't argue with taking the punter, kid can really boom em, Maver said he's the most polished prospect to come out of the CIS in a long time. Kinda really like our seventh rounder Tylor Henry, definitely a Dressler type, maybe he can learn a thing or two from the man himself, He ripped the bisons this year with 298 yards on 19 catches and one touchdown in a single game.

If you're looking at endzones may i suggest the South, much more family friendly environment. If you're familiar with Canad Inns stadium section S has been moved to the North Endzone by the rum hut.

lol no but i'm definitely not a fan of our current Canadian content at receiver. I think that Vandy also has great potential but i think he may be off the board before we pick. I would be very happy with him at 6.

IMO Nate Behar will be the gem of this draft, his measurables are insane. I would be fine with taking him at 6 and trading down from 1.

Really hope we can get a few reports from somebody on this site. Sounds a lot like an orientation, and just getting guys up to speed with the CFL rules. If there are cuts it will probably be due to players being out of shape.

You make it sound like they're all training camp fodder. If that is your thinking there is no way this team can improve. All of our veteran guys at one point unseated the incumbents. They will all get their shot and most will be cut and some PR'd. I think it is fair to speculate which prospect has the best chance of potentially cracking the lineup. I agree it does not necessarily mean Walters is unhappy with our corps but i don't think our receivers were in the top 5 last year so there is always room for improvement.

Colour me excited, kid reminds me a lot of Arland Bruce.

What do you guys think about Nate Behar at 6? Most bench presses and fastest 40 out of the receivers, guy looks like a beast.
