  1. Aside from those 60 yarders, he's been less than ordinary.
  2. They showed him on the sidelines with helmet off after a breakup that he made and he looks like a kid (young looking) playing high school ball. Good potential there, I believe.
  3. I haven't been a fan of Kramdi. However, he has been playing well of late.
  4. I'm 73 and have some depth perception issues. Brandon Alexander played that like I would. He is done.
  5. I didn't see the Ottawa Brown hit but the hit on Collaros in the LDC was deliberate. The replay(s) to my eyes anyway showed that Brown gave it that "little extra" with his right shoulder. With the Streveler hit, Brown was going down or was down and he he grabbed Streveler at least at the knee. If the rules state that that's a low hit....... That's three strikes this year. Does he get a call from the Commisioner?
  6. Another fantastic punt!
  7. I'm also disappointed in Whitehead as a returner.
  8. Well, so much for adjustments on D.
  9. Any chance that both sides of the ball make some halftime adjustments? If they don't, we're in trouble.
  10. 2nd and long and throw for 4. Yikes!
  11. I wasn't a fan of the earlier D and now not a fan of Buck's play calling on O.
  12. I'm not a fan of this no pressure defense.
  13. There were at least two plays where Streveler (going one direction) gave Oliviera (going the opposite direction) the ball when I was thinking....this would be a good time for Streveler to pull the ball out and run with it. Unfortunately, it did not happen.
  14. No one has said that the coaches are "rocket surgeons" but I'll take our rocket surgeons over all the other ones in the league.
  15. And as Cactus Jack Wells would have said…"Well, it turned out nice again." I revisited a couple of YouTube videos of Streveler NFL highlights (exhibition games for the Jets). He does have a weird throwing motion but he was making the odd downfield throw with accuracy. He was/is definitely a "if the pass isn't there on the first look, I'm going to run" sort of guy. One thing that I did notice is that he looked a lot faster during his first stint here and in the NFL. Is he currently banged up? I'm hoping the Collaros is ready to go for the re-match because, unless Pierce can come up with a super-duper game plan for Streveler, I just don't know. Anyone know anything about Wilson, our third string guy? I'm hoping that the Rider (Brown?) who took out Collaros gets more than a fine. Apparently, he was the guy who took out Brown (Redblacks) earlier in the season. I understand that Wade Miller called out the commissioner on the matter. It will be interesting to see how this unfolds. Did we blitz more than once during the game? And that one time we did came on that late TD drive by the Riders and we got burned. That Rider play where Holm (?) had the INT but we were called for PI seemed to be a set play. That Rider receiver ran right at and into the Bomber defender. It seemed to happen before Harris released the ball. Offensive pass interference? The Stamps were notorious for running the same type of play in those situations and getting away with it. Of course, Mace played and was an assistant coach with the Stamps. I have to admit I was cursing at the TV at times but as Cactus Jack would say…..
  16. I realize that there are issues with the Stamps and the way they are run and covered but I call you on this statement: "Nothing about the Stamps appear in either the Calgary Herald or Sun the next publshing day." I can't comment on the Herald but the Stamps lost to the Redblacks this past Thursday and the next day (Friday), they were on the front page of the Sun.
  17. What a horrible spot on that sack.
  18. Is it just me or do the TSN gutys get more excited when BC does something positive?
  19. No argument from me.
  20. Get out there and re-mow!
  21. Reasonable decision.
  22. Sure he scored but he is being misused. Has he thrown a pass this season?
  23. What a stupid call.
  24. Certainly gives the opposition something else to consider.
