  1. Even a blind squirrel finds the nuts every now and then.
  2. I'm ok with being up but we're shooting ourselves in the foot.
  3. I'm really sick and tired of these gambling ads. Where/ how do I protest?
  4. I could be wrong but I thought there were no practices allowed in a bye-week. Players usually take the time for some R&R or go home for a short spell.
  5. Just in Case they pull him for Smith, I'd be onside with that.
  6. Based on what I saw of Adams' knee, the first change might be at QB but is Dolegala good enough?
  7. I didn't expect a W but had a sort of positive vibe because I wore my Collaros jersey while watching the game.😊 A few observations: For the first time all season the Bombers started only eight (min. number) Canadians (usually it has been 10 or 11) so it allowed them to put the American, Randolph, at right guard. He played very well and with his play allowed Lofton at RT and Kolankowski at C to play or, at least, look better. Now if they would swap Kolankowski out for Eli, the O-line would be really formidable. It's a start. Neufeld the usual RG is on the 6-game IR and I would be surprised to see him starting again this season. Collaros had more time. By the way, I noticed that Randolph looks a lot more svelte than the guy he replaced. It looked like BC's O planned for a different look from the Bomber D. Younger seems to have faked them out with more of a three-man front with more dropping back into pass coverage. The three-man front meant less reps for Thomas (that's a good thing, IMO). It turned out that Vermin Adams Jr and the BC offensive brain trust were faked out and couldn't adjust. As a punter, Sheahan has nice hair and holds the ball well for Castillo. He should be replaced. (Can Castillo handle all of the kicking duties?) I was more than pleasantly surprised by the Bombers play. Playoffs are still down the road but if they can keep up this type of play, they should sneak in and since this is the CFL, anything can happen. 2001 Grey Cup: Stamps (8-10) 27 - Bombers (14-4) 19. Go Blue Go!
  8. Streveler is going to get hurt one of these times.
  9. Why don't they let him pass .
  10. I wanted an effing TD.
  11. Booch. I stand corrected about Case after that last return.😄
  12. I think that Younger might have figured something out regarding use of Thomas. At least I hope so.
  13. He looks svelte for an O-lineman.
  14. That's the understatement of the season! All good except I'm OK with Case so far. Solid hands, decent straight ahead speed, and goes forward for positive yards. Of the three (?) they've tried so far this year, I think he has been most consistent.
  15. Could one change on the O-line make that great a difference?
  16. Kramdi missed another tackle.
  17. Love Castillo's leg but gotta score TDs.
  18. I guess BC O-line doesn't hold.
  19. Darn. Kolankowski got up.
  20. We're ahead after one and still have the best looking unis in the league.
  21. Adam's getting time but good coverage by D-backs.
  22. Given the temperature out there, I doubt that our D will be able to handle this for whole game. BC will eventually break though and our O, well, I can dream.
  23. And I'm a fan of Holm's.
  24. Thank goodness that D has come to play. Although I question Suitor saying that Holm is having an all-star year.
