It's just an observation. That is happening. In my opinion he does not inspire the rest of the team like you can see some QB's do.

What's Matty at ..one playoff win in six years ? Zak has two in a month....... Matty should be gone. He just doesn't have what it takes to lead a team all the way.

Was it Adams (?).. who if he had been able to hang onto that throw by big Chris would have been nice...and possibly generated a bit of momentum at that point of the game....

Professional soccer and basketball have had very prominent cases of refs being paid off...... I wouldnt be totally surprised if it happened in the cfl as I am sure none of the officials get rich off the pay....

Yeh I thought of that...but then I thought if I was gonna get a bunch of flack for it, then I might as well do it in this thread so it doesn't derail any of the other ones.

I know one poster can not determine how this board posts for a week..........but it would sure be nice this week to appreciate all the work the coaches, players, co-ordinaters etc etc have done to get this team where they are. I mean like, let's just enjoy the week long party.....nothing but positive and confidence building posts the entire week....

Remember when Big Chris was doing some things on the field and you could see it on the other players, their enthusiasm definitly increased. Maybe this is the same kinda thing.... they now believe.

I read this yesterday before the game, at the end of the game my son and his wife called to say they are expecting their second kid .... wierd lol.

Maybe Zak is getting a few extra rests during the game because he isn't at 100% game shape yet...... it has been quite awhile since he has played any meaningful games never mind playoff games...... maybe all this is helping him stay calm cool and collected.....and it helps mess with other teams defences by letting Big Chris try a few things........ no mater what the reason though....it's working.

I also thought there must be a more suitable QB out there to fill once matt was out for the season. If Zak helps the Bombers to win the cup I would have no problem having him start next year. Heck he could help teach Big Chris even more than Nichols has.

I agree 100% .....I wish I knew how to edit the game and put a package together showing all the cheap shots the riders took without getting a flag... it was ridiculous
